I arrived at this location at 10:29 and waited at the intercom until 10:32 before anyone responded. When a young man finally answered, he informed me that he couldn’t take my order because the systems were down and they were understaffed. This was very disappointing, and it seems like this restaurant is going downhill fast.

I understand why there’s never anyone in line at Wendy’s every time I pass by.
I decided to stop by for breakfast today… 8.18.25… & they take absolutely no pride in what they give out to customers…. Why give me old potatoes instead of just dropping a new batch? Where’s the pride in QUALITY. Smh
You guys should hire people who care about what they’re doing!
If I’m here to spend money, I should be reciprocated with quality food and service.

Walked in to use the bathroom and right of the bat I noticed poop smeared all over the toilet seat, no lock on the stall door, and no dividers for the urinal so your out there for whomever to see when they walk in. In addition to that there is mold all over the drink machine due to moisture and employees are arguing about who's gonna do the dishes and sitting around in the lobby when they have no orders instead of cleaning. Overall 1 star, very nasty, and management needs to look into this location before somebody calls the Florida Department of Health. I might go ahead and call cause im sure this review wont be enough.

The food is always made correctly. The guy at the counter OBVIOUSLY didn't want to be there. Understandable but you still have to be kind and considerate towards customers. I'm hoping he was just having a bad day and he's not like that all the time. Bathroom was clean. Overall I recommend it

I would have given 5 stars but every now & then my order isn't correct BUT they do always fix it (if I catch it while still there).
But let me tell you, the new frosty fusions are AH-MAY-ZINGGG 🤤 😍😍😍😍 & they do NOT hold out on the syrup, especially if you ask for extra (nor have I seen them charge me extra for asking which is 💯 👏🏻).
This Wendy's is my go-to location because I always get the freshest made food & full drinks & best frosty's! The employees are always smiling & happy.
