I don’t normally complain but this pushed me past understanding. Went in at 1120 it’s normally slow in drive through but I get to the speaker no greeting or anything. Line moves forward. I wait still no greeting. Line moves forward a 2nd time. Still no greeting. Line moves forward a 3rd time. I assume the box isn’t working so I pull up to the window and I’m told ya I was busy you’ll have to go to the back of the line and order.

Moved here from the west coast so I’m used to in n out but quite honestly this place is a lot better! The fries are fantastic. Delicious shakes. And the burgers are just bigger and more delicious!

So the first time I came they got my sandwich wrong I called the lady said they'd replace my sandwich when I came back to get my sandwich replaced the lady didn't write me down in their book so I was told I couldn't get my sandwich replaced so I was going pay for my sandwich again but I asked the lady if it was going to take more than 30 minutes (because you know most ppl only get a 30 minute break) and she laughed at me and said yeah. So I left. I came today and got a sandwich I sat in line for 10 minutes to get Luke warm food. Although the people in there are much nicer than the last time. I probably won't be giving them any more of my money or time.

In and out in 5 minutes. What more could you ask for? Food was very good and inside I saw a long table put together for the local population who looked like they were having a good time
3rd door dash order in a row that has something missing or incorrect. I started using delivery because the drive through is the absolute slowest in our area. So it would seem I have to choose between getting the order slowly or correctly but not both. I even called while they were making the order and it was still wrong.

To Mr Mitch review. Please do not compare this whataburger to the ones west of here. The futher West, you get the more pride they take to make a REAL whataburger. I have not tried one here, and from the looks of the pictures and reviews, I will not waste my time or money
