Yeah, yeah, this is just a fast food place... but no, it's not. It's a freaking whataburger!!! When I saw the sign on the interstate, I had to stop. Its nostalgic and we dont have them at home. It didnt disappoint, either! It was delicious!!! But even better, the service was incredible. Everyone smiled and was kind, quick, and so accommodating. They jumped to help or get you anything you needed or wanted. This was like chick-fil-a service... but with dang good hamburgers. I got a cheese burger and onion rings. It was all SO SO good.

Longest slowest drive thru. sat in the drive thru 20 min for cold food.... ordered a burger nad got this bs.. Dude in the window covered in open sores all over with no gloves touching food. Litterly worst spot in yulee

I just left this Whataburger and honestly the experience was disappointing. I accidentally ordered the wrong chicken meal in the drive-thru, realized it immediately, and walked inside literally as the bag was being handed to me to ask for an exchange. The owner/manager Cindy couldn’t have been more dismissive if she tried. No real attempt to listen, no effort to help, just attitude and a “not my problem” vibe.
Mistakes happen, on both sides, but customer service is supposed to bridge that, not make it worse. A little professionalism would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I walked out feeling like I’d inconvenienced them by being a customer at all.
Definitely not the standard I expect from this chain.
