Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Stop leaving kids to run a business on their own. We arrived this evening at 8:45pm to order a meal (drive thru closes at 10pm). Prior to placing our order, the employee stated that it would be an appx. 15-20 minute wait. Found this strange considering there was only one other vehicle waiting for their order, so I summed it up to the fact they may be cooking to order as to not waste product being an hour and some change from closing. We said that’s fine and proceeded to order. While ordering, the employee consistently cut us off in the middle of our order and rushed us to finish. Sure..impatience is exhausting, but not the point. We finished our order and waited in the drive thru spot for our food. Food was brought out to us with none of the additional sauces we asked (and also paid) for. Zero utensils provided and not a napkin in site. We asked the employee for the sauces, which apparently was a major inconvenience to him it appeared. Remember the part about the 15-20 minute wait….THE FOOD WAS COLD! The bread could’ve taken out a tempered window with how stale it was. We continued to wait in the parking lot and see what proceeded, and saw at least 10 vehicles enter and immediately exit the drive thru (probably because they were told about the wait). Good for the lost customers for not wasting their money, bad for business! Tighten up and get some form of professionalism in the workplace!

Stop getting kids to run the fast food industry please!!! Get people that love to work that love to cook stop getting lazy kids. I asked for drop fresh food I don’t care about the wait I told the manager who took my order. 2 min I got my food …. Really? I didn’t ask for re dropped food! To expensive to not get your food how you want it Expensive.

This is the only location that for 1 is higher priced than others and 2 no one ever seems to understand what “extra ranch on my fries” means. Ever. And Yes, it’s for the loaded fries not just regular fries. They give me a bag with ranch. I don’t want that. I want you to squirt extra ranch on my food. How hard is that.

So many great fast food choices with many healthy options as well 😌

They definitely need to train staff. Went last night entire restaurant was full of people waiting well over 45 minutes while they continued to serve drive thru ignoring everyone inside. I've never seen anything like this before. I never got my order along with at least 12 other people.

Fries were undercooked with no sprinkle of any kind of seasoning. The chicken was overcooked and very dry. Literally hurt my jaw to chew it.

Showed up 9 minutes before they closed. I have a big family so I prefaced my order with “I have a big family, I have 6 meals, I am so sorry. If this order is too much of an inconvenience, I will leave now. Please don’t let me inconvenience you.” The girl was SO sweet. Food came out perfect and she was just as Amazing when she brought my food out to the car. Only complaint was that she wouldn’t let me tip her.

I went there the other day around 5:00 we walked in the counter behind the counter there was at least 10 employees more in the back.
So we proceeded to order our food we got two big sack meals and so we got our food and the chickens were dry and tough and the fries were soaked in oil so I took them back up there and ask them for some fresh ones they give us a fresh ones are just as bad they're they're soaked with oil and they're not even hot and the employees are touching my food to ask the people in the back are these hot and fresh.
And the sad thing is the managers in the lobby interviewing people and not caring that you're having a problem with food because she saw me take my food back.

Zaxbys, you have owned the chicken tender game for a long time. But you are losing your way. My wife and I had dinner the other night, a chicken finger plater for me, loaded fries for her, and two teas. $30 my friends. Huhhhhh? Now I'm getting emails about your new tacos and your Mr Beast collaboration. Brother, how about you work on getting your prices back down to something halfway respectable. I don't think you understand how much chicken and potatoes I can buy for $30 amd cook it myself. We figured out your recipe for Zax sauce years ago in a kitchen I worked in but out of respect for your history I won't post it here. Oh, while you're here, you guys also ruined the Texas Toast when you changed it a few years back. I know that was a corporate thing, however. Maybe the pricing is as well, but let's be honest, a chicken finger plate should cost about $6.50. You guys have lost the plot.

Funnel cake was hard and horrible
Told to park in a certain spot and some other vehicle was already there so our food went to the two other vehicles before it was given to us

Ordered food for my office today on their website. The finger plate I wanted double Cole slaw instead of fries. No slaw but got fries. Dipping sauce came in half full for the dipping sauce. Asked for no seasoning on my nibbles plate and guess what?!?! I got seasoning. 2nd time of this and I won't be ordering from the Yulee location anymore. For what I paid for 3 meals, it should have been accurate and not messed up!! Disappointed to say the least!!
