Food is always super hot and fresh. Also love that digital coke machine. Just need two. Also is a tad cold in there. Maybe it's to help cool the hot food....

Stop leaving kids to run a business on their own. We arrived this evening at 8:45pm to order a meal (drive thru closes at 10pm). Prior to placing our order, the employee stated that it would be an appx. 15-20 minute wait. Found this strange considering there was only one other vehicle waiting for their order, so I summed it up to the fact they may be cooking to order as to not waste product being an hour and some change from closing. We said that’s fine and proceeded to order. While ordering, the employee consistently cut us off in the middle of our order and rushed us to finish. Sure..impatience is exhausting, but not the point. We finished our order and waited in the drive thru spot for our food. Food was brought out to us with none of the additional sauces we asked (and also paid) for. Zero utensils provided and not a napkin in site. We asked the employee for the sauces, which apparently was a major inconvenience to him it appeared. Remember the part about the 15-20 minute wait….THE FOOD WAS COLD! The bread could’ve taken out a tempered window with how stale it was. We continued to wait in the parking lot and see what proceeded, and saw at least 10 vehicles enter and immediately exit the drive thru (probably because they were told about the wait). Good for the lost customers for not wasting their money, bad for business! Tighten up and get some form of professionalism in the workplace!

Stop getting kids to run the fast food industry please!!! Get people that love to work that love to cook stop getting lazy kids. I asked for drop fresh food I don’t care about the wait I told the manager who took my order. 2 min I got my food …. Really? I didn’t ask for re dropped food! To expensive to not get your food how you want it Expensive.

This is the only location that for 1 is higher priced than others and 2 no one ever seems to understand what “extra ranch on my fries” means. Ever. And Yes, it’s for the loaded fries not just regular fries. They give me a bag with ranch. I don’t want that. I want you to squirt extra ranch on my food. How hard is that.

So many great fast food choices with many healthy options as well 😌

They definitely need to train staff. Went last night entire restaurant was full of people waiting well over 45 minutes while they continued to serve drive thru ignoring everyone inside. I've never seen anything like this before. I never got my order along with at least 12 other people.

Fries were undercooked with no sprinkle of any kind of seasoning. The chicken was overcooked and very dry. Literally hurt my jaw to chew it.
