Try the new shrimp, way overcooked super greasy probably won't get them again, however my wife loved the veggie egg rolls I tried them they're pretty good so... Zaxby is about the same as most. Fair prices good quality food. This particular location is a little bit backwards as far as the layout and the flow goes you have people trying to get their drinks and trying to place the order commingled which makes for a crowded area with lots of interference. The parking is not all that great and you have to walk across the middle of the drive-through Lane to get into the main building with seems just a little bit dangerous at times.

I ordered the family boneless pack twice and both times were good. The first time they forgot the sides but didn’t fuss when we came back to get them. Only complaint is many of the fountain drink choices suck in the lobby and no fountain water (wasn’t working).

Pulled up to the drive thru window to get my order and I was given my drink and told to pull into parking spot 1. They never pointed to where the drive thru spots were. The parking lot is very small. I figured it out. But I was the only one. 3 cars pulled up and had no clue what to do which caused them to back up the drive thru. One person pulls up just enough for the truck behind her to barely get out. I sat there eating my lunch (in another parking spot) realized how difficult it was to know where to go. This continues for the entire time I ate my lunch. This was also about 1:00 pm on a Saturday. I feel like the staff needs to direct us better. So that's why I gave service 3 stars. So I'm going to put this out here because this Zaxby's location has screwed me over more then once. Let me start out by saying the general manager (Marcus) fired me over text because he heard from someone else that I was looking for another job, which is wrongful termination for one; just because I am looking for another job and he "couldn't give me hours" but yet he was giving my coworker that got hired the exact same day as me hours, but oh yeah they can't give me hours, make it make sense please; not only that he also tried to call me AFTER business hours, AFTER he fired me over a TEXT. He not only did that; but they have been LATE to pay me 2 times already. I still have YET to receive my LAST payche needless to say I have had my mom contact our lawyers, so this is going to be more then I was supposed to get paid in the first placi wish all the coworkers good luck, but as for the managers and stuff I would NOT recommend working here.

Only half of the food was in the box. Ordered 10 wings and only got 5 and only half of a 4 pc changer finger plate too. Everyone working is either special needs or shooting up in the bathroom.

Their food is pretty good, this location has always offered great customer service and the restaurant itself is pretty clean.
My husband and I came through the drive-thru around 3:30pm on a Sunday. We were greeted instantly when ordering and we received our correct order very quickly. All of the food was so hot & fresh. We don’t live in Florida but if we did, we’d come here often!

Got a fried house salad and fries. This is honestly the worst salad I have ever gotten anywhere. Everything is slimy and in small portions.I have had much better experiences at this location in the past but this most recent visit was disappointing to say the least.
