I usually love the pizza. I ordered tonight to get a pizza crust doughy uncooked, loaded with onion and other toppings with barely any sauce or cheese. When I went to pick up the slice everything fell off because there was hardly any cheese to hold it together. I called asked for tge manager and was I formed by her the owner has them cutting back the cheese. I'm still paying the price for good pizza. Very disappointed with that response and it was cold when delivered.

I had the misfortune of having the "server" nicki; i didn't know someone could be so miserable. Food is great but nicki's attitude was so putrid that my return to this establishment will be never. I have eaten at the other ABC's and very much enjoyed the atmosphere, service and the food is delish, but they are doing a huge disservice with their zephyr location by having this "person" in a customer service role. I'll avoid this location at all costs, even though it is closest to my house.

Why are you guys so rude to your customers? The waitresses don't need to be snapping at cusromers for asking questions as simple as "how long a wait is going to be"? Sad. I hope you lose all your business.

The letter missing in the store name is “F” for the food quality. The pizza was DRENCHED in excess oil. The bottom of the pizza was literally dripping it out and you can see from the sheet how much oil was pooling out. Why is there oil, and this much at that, for a regular pizza?? The cheese was just one solid layer and chewy, as if it was cheap cheese just quickly heated and not properly melted down. I could not even taste the pizza sauce due to all of the oil.Wings were terrible too. Quite chewy and dry, and just barely covered in sauce.At the counter I even pointed out to the cashier that I saw a bug on top of the cheesecake on display, which she at least removed the cheesecake after I said so. That should have been my first warning sign.I try to support local businesses but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. There may be health code violations, and there certainly is no care given to how they’re making these pizzas. Spend your money elsewhere is my suggestion.
