Honestly i wouldn’t even bother going. My boyfriend and i went through the drive thru when we got to the window we sat there and had a nice conversation with the manager. she was super nice. We had a small wait on our food which is no problem. the problem is we watched a girl dig both hands in the back of her pants. It didn’t stop there. She then moved her hands to the front of her pants and scratch around there. She stopped to put our food in the bag then bring the bag to us. Which my boyfriend tells her we won’t accept that and we would like it to be remade. She immediately tells us that she did not do that. The super nice manager has them start to remake our food while the other lady is at the window yelling at us that she’s gonna wash her hands in front of us. We asked to be refunded and left. I don’t think i’ve ever been more disgusted in my life. Big thank you to the manager tho because she handled it well.

I went through the drive thru after work. The girl working the window kept wiping sweat off her face with her hands and then picking up the food bags. She even stood in the window and was vaping! I know that Florida does not allow that. It was very unsanitary and I will not be back at this location.

The cheese steak sandwich was very good, and the curly fries were hot. Good food, but it was hot in the dining room. Restaurant and restrooms are clean However, it's Hotter inside than outside in July . Please fix the a/c.

I really didn't want to leave a bad review because last week when we were there at the drive through we had THE BEST FISH SANDWICH we've ever had at this Arby's! I even drove through again before we left to tell them in person that our food was delicious... but tonight my daughter went to the drive through to pick us up 2 fish sandwiches and they were NOTHING like the last ones we had. They were not fresh and the fish was not flaky and sweet like the other ones, the coating wasn't nice and crispy either. I'm very disappointed because I really thought they had gotten their act together and were committed to serving quality food to the public. Tonight's food was a #2!

Update: every time i go through the drive thru now, they are asking cars to pull up to a space at the end, out of the drive thru.. even with no other cars in line. Its to pad their drive thru times to corporate office. No problem, if you want to cheat your corporate offices data so they dont have a clear idea of how bad you are doing, thats on you... however, every time im asked to pull forward, you mess up the order.. either a sandwich is wrong, or the condiments i asked for 3 times arent in there, and i end up having to go thru the drive thru AGAIN... So, now i have to go through line twice just so you can lie to the corporate office. NOPE, from now on i will not be leaving your line until my food is ready, and i can inspect the bag for the missing items.. your laziness has created a problem that i now need to make a solution for.

-Drive thru line does not move! Expect to wait 5 min per car to order.. not joking.. also, ask before you order if they have the sauces you need.. kinda weird they didnt have AMY horsey sauces for to go orders.. this is the last time I give them business.. they need new management BADLY!!!!!!!!
