I visited the Arby’s located at 7446 Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills, Florida, for a straightforward, familiar meal: regular roast beef sandwiches paired with curly fries. Overall, the experience was average and landed in three-star territory—not bad, but not as good as it could have been.

The location was easy to get in and out of, with clear signage and adequate parking. Inside, the restaurant appeared clean and organized. The dining area was orderly, and the counter area was well maintained. Ordering was quick and efficient, and the staff interaction was polite and professional. There was no long wait time, which is exactly what you expect from a fast-food stop, especially during a routine visit.

The roast beef sandwiches were consistent with Arby’s standard offering. The meat was warm, thinly sliced, and had the familiar flavor that Arby’s is known for. The buns were soft and fresh, and the sandwiches were assembled neatly. While nothing about them stood out as exceptional, they delivered the dependable taste you expect when ordering a classic Arby’s roast beef. They were filling and met expectations without exceeding them.

Unfortunately, the curly fries were the biggest disappointment of the meal. They tasted like they had been overcooked and left in the fryer too long. Instead of having a balanced crisp exterior with a soft interior, they were overly crunchy and hard, almost as if they were burnt. The texture made them less enjoyable, and the flavor reflected that overcooked taste rather than the seasoned, savory profile Arby’s curly fries are usually known for. While some people prefer extra-crispy fries, these felt dry and unpleasant rather than crispy.

Portion sizes were standard for a fast-food restaurant, and pricing felt reasonable for what was ordered. Nothing felt overpriced, but the quality of the fries made the overall value feel slightly reduced.

In summary, this Arby’s location provided a decent, middle-of-the-road experience. The roast beef sandwiches were reliable and satisfying, but the overcooked curly fries brought the meal down. With better attention to fry preparation, this visit could have been more enjoyable. Three stars feels fair—acceptable food, quick service, and a clean location, but definite room for improvement.

This Arbys is in need of management. Everytime i go through the drive thru, i have to get out and go into the store because something is left out. I don't understand why i can't get a full french dip order. Either i get the sandwich with no dip, or dip with no sandwich, or half my order is missing. Everytime.
This happens even if i tell them to make sure that my order is complete because im tired of having to come in the store when i prefer to use the drive thru. I tell this to the manager and he acts like he don't know what he is doing. He hasno public relation skills. Telling him the problems your having is a waste of time, because the problem is never fixed. And just so you know. The Arbys App is very dissapointing. I have not been able to purchase anything on it since i downloaded it. Its a joke. I just wish they had a well operated Arbys in Zephyhills, Florida.

Ordered the 9 pcs steak bites just to get home with them and they are way over cooked and burnt. 🤢 the outside it black and slightly charred and they are nearly black inside when you cut it in half. For the price of these, do better guys.

So I enjoy a good Arby’s meal once in awhile. I usually get a #1 on a sesame seed bun and almost every time I come to this location, my order is wrong. BUT NOT TONIGHT!!!! The crew tonight got it right and our food was piping hot!! Well done!!! Thank you so much for your great service.

Spent over $30 on several of these only to get Home and all of them look like this that staff up there and the way they put food out to their customers is disgusting and it needs to be shut down or fixed once and for all this is ridiculous. It’s very expensive and then you get it home and it’s not even edible. This Zephyrhills Arby’s is just gross.

Ordered French dip sandwiches through DoorDash. They arrived without the au jus! Called the restaurant. They’re out of it!! Damn poor management to run out of an essential. If Arby’s would have communicated with us, we would have ordered something else.
We are very disappointed with the restaurant, not DoorDash.

We have eaten at Arby's for years. After today we will not be returning. Drink area filthy and sticky the mat in front was wet. People waiting on customers looked like they just climbed out if bed to come to work. We were so disappointed since we like Arby's. Maybe you should hire someone to manage this location. Then hire a cleaning crew. Feel bad but this how we feel.

No greeting when we walked in. There were no napkins out, no lids for small drinks and very few cups for condiments. The ketchup was messy. We had to ask for the lids and napkins and the server acted like it was inconvenient to do so. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was so thin and bun was hard. Husband tried the steak nuggets and wasn't impressed. And it's way too expensive for that kind of service and food.

This is the third time I’ve been here since this new manager has gotten hired and every single time I have not been happy with the outcome. The first night I was there I walked in a got helped by my old co-worker and waited up front for my order, the manager then proceeds to yell across the whole lobby to this Haley lady who I had already explained I had been helped. Then when Haley came back up to the front desk and saw I had already been helped the manager then proceeded to call her stupid because she was not bagging my order. The next time I came in as my mom was making the order the manager very rudely said we were out of stuff and goes “so do u still want the sandwich cause it’s not going to come with tomato and onions on it”. She then went up to the front to “help” bag orders and completely pushed the employees out of the way and proceeded to put both of our FULLY FILLED au jus in a to-go order and gave us the not even half filled ONE. We were then told AFTER we were already handed our food that there was not enough au jus for the TWO French dips I had ordered and was told it was going to take 10 minutes to make a new batch if we were wanting to get the sauce. My mom said no that it was fine and the manager asked us if we wanted a refund that we said no to. She then proceeds to say “well I offered yall a refund but have a good night anyways.” Tonight, I ordered food for my family and she proceeded to yell back into the kitchen about sandwiches being ready with customers in the lobby and the window. On top of that I got cold au jus, no napkins, and never asked if I needed any sauce. This manager is always working nights, she never has her hair up, or at least it’s in some half done side ponytail and when she goes back into the kitchen to “help” she never washed her hands before she touches anything. I don’t know what has happened or what managers yall are hiring since I have stopped working here but it has seriously gone down hill
