Service is always bad here. Really hard to get waitress's attention and they tend to get really busy without enough waitresses staffed. Wings are always overcooked, I asked and they cook them for over 15 minutes. Way too long for wings, they always come out dry.

I was in Zephyrhills working for a little over a month and ate here almost every night. The staff is amazing, and the wings and burgers are phenomenal. The main things that brought me back were the staff and the regulars. I really can't say enough about the ladies working there. They made me feel at home and took great care of me every time I came in. I would drive 14 hours back just to go here so if you're thinking about trying then out, do yourself a favor and go. This was my home away from home, thank you too the staff and regulars for making my time there so enjoyable!

The most pitiful steak I've ever had, nothing like the promotion showed, I think it's just this location, I've eaten at other locations, will not return to this Zephyrhills store again.

Terrible service, terrible food, just terrible everything. Wings Wednesday and we were told they had to charge for any sauces "to make up the money" they lose. Doesn't deserve one star for any of it. Took way to long to even be greeted.

I have went in twice and ordered to go, and since I ordered food to go I have been treated very badly. The first time I sat down and got told I had to stand at the end of the bar to order to go and just stand there. The second time today 9/17/2024 I told the server I would be ordering to go, she asked for what I wanted to drink, and she never brought a drink, and ignored me the entire time. Just wanted to order to go and have a drink. She even sounded frustrated when I asked for water.
Just left blonde lady at bar with tattoos picking nose and serving food so I had to go !!! Gross the place wasn’t very clean either !

The loaded fries are AMAZING. I ordered the shaved steak sandwich and was served a piece of cubed steak on a roll. The onions on the sandwich are served raw. Bartender was outstanding.
