This is a first… What is going on at Beef’s??Did a call in order and headed over because I always have a beer while I’m waiting (whether it’s ready or not). Not today. Girl behind the bar didn’t see me come in when I sat at the bar (fooling with cash register/phone) . After “a few” another girl comes in and the girl behind the bar appears to be “passing the bar” to her. She finally sees me, brought over a menu and didn’t say a thing. I told her I had a pickup but I wanted a beer while I waited. She told the incoming girl who completely ignored me and started taking an order from a customer at the end of the bar. I finally asked a waitress if she would tell her to please get me a beer. In the meantime my thirst went away and when she finally came over I said if that’s my order over there forget the beer, it took too long. The girl who was there in the first place came back and was counting money or something and the guy next to me said the whole bar is empty… The “girls” all thought it was funny. To top it off my celery was in with the hot wings I ordered and wasn’t the two orders I asked for. Who puts celery in with hot wings…??? They need help.

This property in Zephyrhills florida its so racist they called us the police just because we talk in Spanish and another customer fell uncomfortable hear us talk in Spanish and all the staff kick us out of the restaurant

It's been awhile since eating at this facility and now I remember why. Ordered the 10 wings and a water after waiting for well over 30min my son was ready to leave. Wings were over done, dry and to top it of 16.30 without a tip. Crazy I will not eat there ever again.

It looked like none of the wait staff were happy to work. Food came out cold and the plate was colder yet. After getting it warmed up, it still would not be worth writing home about. The bill came with the wrong price on it. I showed it to the waitress and she said yes and did I want it changed and I said yes.

Our service was the worse possible service we've ever encountered. Everyone got there food except my son in law she kept saying she'd bring his food out then after everyone was done eating she brought out his fries and still had to waited for his meal it was so tiny the girl said it was a big bowl well she was tight the bowl was big but the portion was so small. We asked for refills because everyone's drinks were empty before we got our food, she said she would bring refills and never did my son in law had to speak with the manager then the brought my husband a regular coke not coke zero and he's diabetic. I hate not leaving a tip but this was the 1 exception I left zero tip. I was so disgusted with her service and how the manager handled the whole situation. We come to dinner to eat together not separatei shared my dinner with my son in law. I won't ever come back to this beef o Brady's eighty something dollar dinner I expect to at least be asked if I need anything or get refills without have to wait an hour and go ask at the bar.

There was one table that had food, there were 3 tables total plus mine made for not very many people in there. When we got there. It took another 20 minutes to get her to take our order. We had to find Her. She stayed in the back. Another waitress I had the flag down to get our appetizers twenty five minutes later When we confronted the waitress that was not ours. She tried to convince us gaslight us that there were a ton of tickets hanging in the windowand that they were very busylike I said we were the Third or fourth table there before the crowd came in, which ended up being 10 tables total, while the cook leaned up against the back wall out of the kitchen. We could see him with this apron and gloves on talking to the waitresses. While they were hiding behind the wall because he was facing them. We knew that he was talking to them. They were having a good old time. Where had to constantly ask the bartenderfor drinks and update on food.Very, very poor service with the waitress. I've had her a couple of times before and did not like having her as our waitress. Other waitressesare very good. We have eaten at this restaurant many times without instances. Unless we get certain waitressesthat just don't care about their jobs. The food was cold. Imagine that sitting in the winfor so long, but the Chicken wings at the end were very hot and good. The taco nachos like I said. We're cold which is normally cold except for the hamburger. Good luck getting that good waitress past couple of times have not been.Parking: Parking has always been plentiful every time we went. The place is probably 10 minutes from where we live.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility straight up to the front door.

Went for this restaurants Monday burger special. The food and the Service were excellent. Our issue arises with the sticky table where we sat and the sticky bathrooms. It would be nice if the tables were cleaned and topped with glass or plexiglass. The bathrooms definitely need attention from lose toilet seats to urine on the floor. With the reasonable prices, very good food and good service this restaurant could be so much more. We will be back!

So I'm guessing this must be a front from something else because I have been to a few Beefs. I've never had an issue. Food, service and drinks have been good. I mean it's not a 5 star restaurant chain but the food isn't horrific and they are usually good for friendly bartenders and great servers. Not sure what is up with this location but we won't be back. The bathrooms are dirty, the tables are ridiculously sticky. We asked to have it wiped down and the oh so friendly server said it's not dirty it's the varnish wearing off. Ok. Owners: FIX THE TABLES! Clean the place up! It's a dump! The food; I ordered the new Chicken comfort bowl; no description and the server says this is a new item so she doesn't know much about it. We also had the fish n chips and steak bowl. The chicken bowl arrived with two pieces of chicken one atop the mashed potatoes and the other over corn. The corn was swimming in salt water and I'm guessing butter. The chicken absorbed the nasty salt butter sauce and was soggy underneath. Wasn't good and couldn't eat the corn because it was too salty. i didn't attempt the other piece because at this point I lost my appetite. My husband had the fish n chips... he peeled most of the breading or crust off and didn't finish it. He wound up getting nauseous. Our friend had the steak bowl ; his answer was this sucks but I'' starving and I don't want to piss off Miss Friendly. don't waste your time. the owners should just close but you guys don't care and it shows
