It was 10:30 pm and the inside was closed only the drive thru was open . They also forgot my wife's chicken fries with her meal.

Placed order ahead and waited over 10 minutes when I got there, literally could have just went thru drive thru faster. Then the send my chicken sandwich on a whopper bun so it was all bread. the churros would be great if they didn't fry them in the same oil as the onion rings

This location is horrible. It took 30 minutes to get my daughter a happy meal, walking in after a mobile order. Locals also let me know this is common for this location. The workers aren't happy, so it's obvious ownership does not care about the health/happiness of their minimally staffed associates or customers. They should close this location, Publix will pay your associates more with a part time job. The 3 workers today were not at fault for this locations awful appearance and delivery.

Food was really good came out pretty quick but everything was brought out except for the fries and the chicken fries my son went back in there to get them they handed them just the chicken fries and he had a re-ask for the fries

Ordered two sandwiches thru drive thru and when home found I only had one. When I called back, the manager was argumentative about whether I had ordered correctly. She then found that I had and told me to come back and get the sandw that I paid for. At no time was there an apology for the error. The one sandwich that I got the first time was cold.

My order after taking way too long at drive through was incomplete. Got home and called and was told my order would be refunded. It was not so called back and got to District Manager who is clearly why this store is run poorly. Do not recommend spending your hard earned money here!!! They don’t understand good service!!!

This location always does such a good job on food but every single time I come through the drive thru it feels like no one is paying attention to the speaker box or the people at the window. Tonight I placed my order in advance on the app and joined the drive thru. Once I got to the speaker box, I was told that they’d be with me in just a minute. Well, I sat for closer to ten minutes before just pulling ahead to the window. The girl at the window was very apologetic, but this unfortunately is something I experience most times I come here.

I will never go here again. I ordered one thing and spend over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Everyone for some reason behind me got their food right away and left. And while waited observed through the window how disgusting it was inside since this was my first time here. It was filthy! So needless to say I just threw my burger away and my time was wasted. Need new management ASAP!
