After 40 minutes of waiting I finally got my food. Even after witnessing several people waiting the same amount of time they blamed it on someone stealing my food. The place was not that busy. They were unapologetic and appeared not to care at all.

Greeted with a very nice big smile, order was made fairly quickly and food was really good and my granddaughter's loved the shakes!

The only reason is every time we come the lady always has an attitude. she has very short hair and it ruins my friends mood coming here when she throws attitude at everyone .

Was not happy with my visit here at all after spending 40 dollars my husband and I received ice cold food the boneless wings were hard to eat I will never go there again for anything because I would like to have hot food when I spend that kind of money and got the worst food ever I would recommend going anywhere else

This is my first time eating here and my last new to area kids wanted to eat here Im to grossed out so we didn't eat it if the coke machines have slime and mold on the outside for everyone can see I don't want to know what the inside looks like or behind the counter where nobody can see doesn't seem like care much about keeping the establishment sanitized for customers to make sure we don't get sick

Our first time at Charley s. I got the Chicken Philly and Husband got the Bacon 3 Cheese steak and we got an order of Bacon Cheese Fries to share. Everything was Delicious. We have a new favorite spot for grabbing a quick bite! Prices are comparable to what McDonalds is for two people. If you haven't tried them out yet, go do it!

All of the tables were dirty; and the floor was not swept. The drink machine does not look clean. The ice machine was dirty. The sandwich I ordered was minimal. Very disappointed.

The worst cheese steak I ever had, should be against the law to use Philly to there menu,
There steak meat has to be spoiled, I threw up for 4 hours...... The board of health should check this place out.....

Make sure you check your order before leaving, looked forward to getting my cheese steak for over a month and got home to steak,lettuce and tomato! Not what I ordered! 45 min. drive ! No grilled onions peppers or mushrooms!
