Tables filthy. When the girl took my wife's order, which was just a sandwich, she failed to acknowledge me and asked my wife. "Will that be all? "... "Ummm, I'm standing right here next to her, do you not see me? I'd like to order too." These kids nowadays working in the service industry do not know what good service is. What do you expect from a restaurant in a Walmart? Then the girl had the audacity to tell us the card reader would like to know if we want to leave a tip? For what, NOT taking my order? YOU don't deserve a tip for taking my order and for messing up my order... you put on the receipt, "add mushrooms," but there were none. Tip... here's a tip, "Do better." NO, I'm not leaving a tip.

This is my first occasion at any Charley's. I was instantly greeted and assisted with the menu. My order was brought out by by a courteous young gentleman that double checked the order. Staff was 100% on point, the kitchen was visibly clean and my lunch was spot on. I look forward to my next visit even if shopping Walmart is not included. Great job guys?

This was my first time eating at Charley’s. I was very disappointed. It was probably the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 Philly and 1 Chicken Teriyaki Philly and the meat on all 3 were very dried out. It was like crispy little shards of meat. My order was also made wrong. I asked for no lettuce, tomato, or pickle and it was not prepared as ordered. Very disappointing for an actual cheesesteak place.

Today was my first time visiting Charleys and it was wonderful thanks to Shaelyn 5 star service. She was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a classic 10 piece wing plain with mango habanero on the side. The manager and staff were very attentive to my order.

The service was awful. I placed an online order for simply a large fries. It took over ten minutes for me to get my food. The entire time I'm waiting, employees are standing around on their phones doing nothing, or walking around aimlessly. I have no idea what's going, who's working on my food or anything. Worse, employees act like you're nonexistent. They do not acknowledge you outside of begrudgingly taking your order.I would advise you go somewhere else if you want subs or wings. There's other places far better than here. I would give it a zero star rating if I could.

I will never eat here again. The employees were nice but I ordered the 4pc boneless wings and when I bit into them they all tasted like old grease and was chewy. The outside of the chicken is also grey looking, it’s only been an hour since i’ve eaten it and I have a stomachache.
