in the hospital and ordered chips and 3 dips. chips were mostly broken into tiny pieces and bag was only half full. when i called to speak with mgr he was rude and basically called me a liar. unfortunately since im in the hospital i coukd not take product up to show him. no compensation or resolution so i have sent corporate a message as well. this mgr has no customer service experience at all.
Food to go has gotten so bad I will no longer buy. Placed an order to be ready at 7. Got a text it would be ready between 6:57 and 7:02. Planned for that time to match my drive time. Got a text a few
Love the 3 for me 12.99 Old timer with cheese 🧀 plus free chips and salsa with every visit, I can come in and dine in or I can order online pick it up. It’s great both ways. They have some really great servers. Zach is an awesome bartender/server. Josiah is a fantastic manager. He always make sure my burger is cooked too perfection💯 no pink and he definitely make sure you are completely satisfied!!
