I enjoy stopping by for lunch or dinner. Staff is great, food is good. Bar gets crowded with mostly dudes who love to skip a seat and leave little room for couples. I do recommend visiting chilis.

in the hospital and ordered chips and 3 dips. chips were mostly broken into tiny pieces and bag was only half full. when i called to speak with mgr he was rude and basically called me a liar. unfortunately since im in the hospital i coukd not take product up to show him. no compensation or resolution so i have sent corporate a message as well. this mgr has no customer service experience at all.

Went with my husband on a Friday night and we had the pleasure of meeting JC!!!!! He was absolutely amazing!!!! He was so attentive and the best service we have ever had at any restaurant. We will definitely be coming back just because of him!!!!

Food to go has gotten so bad I will no longer buy. Placed an order to be ready at 7. Got a text it would be ready between 6:57 and 7:02. Planned for that time to match my drive time. Got a text a few

Love the 3 for me 12.99 Old timer with cheese 🧀 plus free chips and salsa with every visit, I can come in and dine in or I can order online pick it up. It’s great both ways. They have some really great servers. Zach is an awesome bartender/server. Josiah is a fantastic manager. He always make sure my burger is cooked too perfection💯 no pink and he definitely make sure you are completely satisfied!!

I am deeply disappointed by the service my boyfriend and I experienced at this location tonight. When my boyfriend who is African-American arrived to pick up our to-go order, the staff completely ignored him. However, as soon as I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged. This discrepancy in treatment was concerning and unacceptable.
When I confronted the employee about why my boyfriend was ignored, she defensively yelled back, assuming he was there for a DoorDash order. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she responded with unnecessary hostility.
Customer service should be consistent and respectful for all patrons, regardless of assumptions or biases. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope Chili’s management takes action to ensure all customers are treated with equal respect and professionalism.

Very disappointed set there for 23 min bar tender ignored me and my family servers walked by said nothing when walked out no one cared. We go to chili’s all the time never been treated like this one in Zephyrhills wow
