Love the 3 for me 12.99 Old timer with cheese š§ plus free chips and salsa with every visit, I can come in and dine in or I can order online pick it up. Itās great both ways. They have some really great servers. Zach is an awesome bartender/server. Josiah is a fantastic manager. He always make sure my burger is cooked too perfectionšÆ no pink and he definitely make sure you are completely satisfied!!

I am deeply disappointed by the service my boyfriend and I experienced at this location tonight. When my boyfriend who is African-American arrived to pick up our to-go order, the staff completely ignored him. However, as soon as I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged. This discrepancy in treatment was concerning and unacceptable.
When I confronted the employee about why my boyfriend was ignored, she defensively yelled back, assuming he was there for a DoorDash order. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she responded with unnecessary hostility.
Customer service should be consistent and respectful for all patrons, regardless of assumptions or biases. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope Chiliās management takes action to ensure all customers are treated with equal respect and professionalism.

Very disappointed set there for 23 min bar tender ignored me and my family servers walked by said nothing when walked out no one cared. We go to chiliās all the time never been treated like this one in Zephyrhills wow

For Zephyrhills, it was a packed house. Our server was fair at best but overloaded. It's not very personable when you have to cash yourself out. The food quality has definitely dropped. I have had better from Waffle House. The stake tasted frozen, and the sides were old and warm, not hot. Salmon was moist and done right. Cheese stick batter to thick and chewy. Well at least the drinks were top notch. I'll try again when they are a little slower.

We were say at a table. The waitress took 15 min. to acknowledge us. Put silverware on our table and said she'd be right back. In the additional 15 minutes that we waited for her, another table was sat. When waitress comes back she waits on the table that was just seated. I said something to another waitress and put original waitress gave me an attitude. Manager came out and he sarcastically says sorry and walks off. Worst experience ever.
We had the Margarita š¹ of the month. Good, ( very sweet) the food was good. Exactly what we ordered. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed our visit.

They forgot my kids drinks twice. Didnāt come get our order in a decent time. Usually after they bring the drinks they should ask you if you are ready to order but that didnāt happen. Food was decent last time we went but service is lacking. This used to be a great place but itās looking like itās going downhill. Lots of other choices out there! May I suggest Red Robin?
