Arrived at an empty store at 7:00 pm for an evening meal. One employee is getting a soda, and one employee is standing outside the prep area looking at phone picks with an older gentleman. Employee behind the counter with a dripping wet rag proceeds to tell me he will be right with me. He then tells me he is out of all proteins except for a little barbacoa and chicken. Also, out of guacamole and several other items. All the while holding his dirty rag. I turned and left. I am very disappointed in the service.

Raw rice, absolutely disgusting. This has to be hands down the worst run location on the planet. Incompetent staff and leadership, we all need to complain to corporate leadership. Because this stores leadership obviously doesn't care. It's been consistently pure garbage.

Probably the worst Chipotle in the system. Each time I go they're out of at least one or two items. I don't mean that they don't have it in stock I mean that it just needs to be replenished. How can you not replenish black beans and chicken at 12:15 in the afternoon. They expected me to wait 20 minutes for them to take it out of the warmer.

Every time I come to this location they are out of majority things (guac, cheese, lettuce and much more) I just came at 8:30 pm and “they are out of all of this” I’m not one to normally complain. But it’s a reoccurring issue and I do not come before closing so there is no excuse. And online when you try to order it says it’s available. So it should be available when I come in as well. I’d understand if I come before closing but I do not. So this is unacceptable and inconvenient…

Just like everyone else had said. Terrible service. Definitely the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. I moved out to Zephyrhills a year ago and it's consistently the same. It's not a one off or a bad day it's just a bad Chipotle and they don't seem to care about fixing it
Stopped in from a long day of driving saw chipotle which I hadn’t had in years . I was definitely undecided on the menu since so much had changed. Team member Ny’asia was most helpful and the customer service she provided was exceptional. Thank you !

The food is excellent. But the tables and floor could be cleaner. Had to get napkins and water to clean the table off so we could sit down.
