Chipote Zephyrhills. No liquid soap in the bathroom, no black beans had to wait 20 minutes to pick up an order while they made a black beans. How does a burrito place run out of black beans? Maybe incompetence , I have no idea. told the associate about the bathroom not having liquid soap. and she did nothing.
Plant City store...Tried to pick up food for an ap but the employee working the drive through line did not give me the food because they are out of some sauce that was supposed to go out with the order. The food was ready.The whole time never told me spit at half hour and the restaurant where I could have been making money, But instead I set there and watched incompetence at work. If you order from a food app , i'm not going to pick it up , it could sit there and rot.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Rice was under cooked (hard). chips were stale and some were wet. Grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned for hours. Never going back.

I just feel like If an establishment is supposed to be open until a certain time then they should have food until that certain time, they should not be out of items in order for you not to get what you want. I come to chipotle to get what I want to eat not to be deny of certain items that cannot be in my bowl provided why make later hours and we can’t get the full chipotle experience, I just hate my night was ruined and I wasted gas to come to get what I thought would be comfort food and be so very disappointed, like they Portion on a regular and to stack someone’s bowl so much so you can be out of food I frowned upon that and that’s not how an establishment should be ran. Period

Very poor service!!! Waited 30mins.for food.Table where dirty. Staff where standing with confused looks on their faces. Chips were stale, salsa was disgusting.Will not be back.

Waited a long time to be served, one employee approached another to ask if he would help the line and he refused.

This place is constantly out of stuff. I wanted carne asada. The couple before me ordered it and the worker got it from the drive thru. They said we are out….. I said you got it from the drive thru for them why can’t I have the same. Employee asked the manager that just got it for them. He says “we are out” so I reiterated I watched him get from the drive thru for them. He then tells the employee to get it for me. Out of mild salsa and out of guacamole and queso. Why stay open to 11 if your going to run out at 8pm

Extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior. I overheard one of the managers expressing joy over the death of Charlie Kirk, even shouting in celebration.
Regardless of personal beliefs, it is completely unacceptable for someone in a management position to react that way to another person's death.
In my opinion, this is someone unfit to be in charge of any establishment. Truly shameful behavior — I will never return to this place.

Does this store have a manager? The dining room was empty, but both the tables and floors were absolutely filthy. There was a long line about 10 people one girl working the register and making the food. There was a bunch of employees there no sense of urgency as if there was nobody standing in line, after I ate the burrito, which wasn’t half bad I sold my chipotle stock ,not a complaint just a heads up to management. Good luck

PS I would make the store manager read their own reviews instead of some type of third-party that’s anonymous because after reading your reviews clearly no one’s paying attention or cares at least that’s my opinion thanks for listening, but a response from an anonymous third-party is not required. I’ll save you the time. Thanks Again!

This location needs help the one girl working to make orders in full and check out was doing her best but it must be so understaffed here something isn't right won't be coming back, almost walked out. Staff your business and where is management on a weekend lunch. There's a reason they don't even have 3 stars on Google.
