Been to this location before, and never had an issue before, but tonight was different...It was my wife and I out for some dessert tonight...we sat down and ordered from table...we waited 10 minutes and nothing came out...my wife got up and went to counter to inquire about our order...a employee went inquire about our order and another employee notice our ticket on the counter...they had to make our dessert....mine was a simple sundae with hot fudge....my wife had a turtle sundae...when my wife was handed hers it was incomplete and she mentioned to the employee that it was missing the sauce, the employee grabbed it out of my wife hands, when and put sauce on it, and forcibly handed back to her as if it was a bother to complete our order....I hopes this helps your team understand, how small moments can affect an evening out....like I tell my staff... we don't sell food, we sell the experience....Thank you...

My husband ordered a double burger no onions ( it wasn’t marked) it had onions .Ordered a large fry, got a small.Went back up to order custard .“Allison” was behind counter picking her nails , no eye contact . I had to ask her if she could take our order ? She nodded.Not what we expect from a Culver’s employee. Don’t think she is good for your reputation.
