Cheeseburger was lukewarm, the burger itself was super thin, cheese was hardly melted, fries were not fresh they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while they were soggy and barely warm the Sundae was good, employee lady behind the counter did provide good service just wish the food was better

Felt Rushed At The Drive Thru. Was Told "No" Very Rudely That She Wouldn't Make My Slushie To Order. Manager Around 6:30 On 3/20.

Went through the drive thru and got 4 blizzards
2 French silk - 1-sm, 1-med
2 Cheese cake - 1-sm, 1-med
The total amount for all 4 was $30
Was charged $5.99 for one small, $6.66 for 1 small and 1med, and then $7.99 for the other medium.
Questioned why was there 3 different prices for the 2sizes, was told that it was difficult for they to make the Cheesecake ones! The employee's were very rude in the way they handled our Question! How difficult is it to make a blizzard?
We won't be goin back. I get it, everyone has a bad day.

Awful. 25 minutes in line and you can’t even get out. Food is ICE cold. When told it’s ridiculous to wait this long and STILL have cold food, the girl literally rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Blizzards were melted by the time we got to the window. $13.00 for 2 mini Blizzards!

Everything was good all except the ice cream cone, we the ice cream was very very soft like runny, nd the cone was kind of stale, but other then that it was good.

This location delivers what you have come to expect for ice cream, however the staff are less than friendly or attentive to customers.

Went to This store tonight at 9:30pm. The associate inside advised the lobby was closed and they were cleaning and to go to drive through. And I reiterated your sign says lobby hours and you’re supposed to be open. He then further advised that drive through was open.

We left and took our 11 customers for an ice cream celebration for centennial middle school winning their final game of the season to night.

When your hours says open you should be open.
Trash service and did not care about the business profits and sales. We took our business across the street to sonic.

Believe it or not, this is only my 2nd time getting hamburgers (item #1?) from DQ! ? I never had any of their food, just their ice cream, milkshakes, and ice cream cakes! Man, have I been missing out!! ? I will be a return customer!! Thanks DQ!! I'LL BE BACK!!
