We had coupons for BOGO blizzards any size and burger BOGO well all said and done I had 4 large blizzards and 2 burgers and it still cost me 36.76 so I see absolutely no BOGO the Blizzards were 7.99 so that should have been so total shoul have only been 22.97 plus tax so we were ripped off

Dairy queen has great food and ice cream but I have to use door dash and they always get my order wrong. They forget my cheese burger or fries. The other day I ordered 2 OREO cookie BLIZZARD and when I got them it was plain ice-cream no OREO.
I don't know why they can't get order correct but the parts they do get right is very good.

Went for the 7 dollar deal got 3 ask for hamburger patties for the dogs and they changed 7 dollars twice for 4 hamburger patties for the dogs should of just gave us 2 more 7 deals want be going back

There was no one else there but us. We came in for Blizzards, and did not disappoint! Tables were clean & front line service was fast & friendly. I got the seasonal pumpkin pie Blizzard, but it was not good, imho. She didn’t make it wrong or anything, it just wasn’t good. After three bites, I couldn’t. So I sheepishly asked if she could swap it out for something else, and she happily did so! Great service!

Cheeseburger was lukewarm, the burger itself was super thin, cheese was hardly melted, fries were not fresh they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while they were soggy and barely warm the Sundae was good, employee lady behind the counter did provide good service just wish the food was better

Felt Rushed At The Drive Thru. Was Told "No" Very Rudely That She Wouldn't Make My Slushie To Order. Manager Around 6:30 On 3/20.

Went through the drive thru and got 4 blizzards
2 French silk - 1-sm, 1-med
2 Cheese cake - 1-sm, 1-med
The total amount for all 4 was $30
Was charged $5.99 for one small, $6.66 for 1 small and 1med, and then $7.99 for the other medium.
Questioned why was there 3 different prices for the 2sizes, was told that it was difficult for they to make the Cheesecake ones! The employee's were very rude in the way they handled our Question! How difficult is it to make a blizzard?
We won't be goin back. I get it, everyone has a bad day.

Awful. 25 minutes in line and you can’t even get out. Food is ICE cold. When told it’s ridiculous to wait this long and STILL have cold food, the girl literally rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Blizzards were melted by the time we got to the window. $13.00 for 2 mini Blizzards!
