Ordered a delivery even though I'm very close. Used doordash because of the promo availability. What I received was less than the already low bar expected. My pizza was supposed to be NY crust but obviously that was ignored and I got hand tossed. I used to deliver pizza once upon a time, and the condition this showed up in was absolutely horrible. Almost undeniable sabotage. Folded in half and shook around by an employee having a bad day in my honest opinion. Look, I get it, if you're upset I got 40% off via doordash, then hate the game not the player. Regardless, do not use doordash to order from this store. I loged my complaint with them and they did nothing. Safe to say, don't use 40% off coupons either. Not pleased with this experience and will not order from them again. Party fault not an outlier in the decision. Both involved handled this very poorly. I also doordash as a side gig. (Context). Unacceptable by both parties.

Pizza was like cardboard. Asked for the double pepperoni but we were lucky to have a normal amount of pepperoni if even that.

If they're were 3 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza I could have eaten them with the 3 pieces of ham!! I ordered extra cheese, didn't seem like there was any cheese. I ordered feta cheese, again 3 or 4 lumps of it. I have always loved Domino's, but I will never go to this one in Zephyrhills again!

My husband use to dislike the old Domino's. Convinced him to give them another try since they have changed. He absolutely loved the Pizza. We will be back!
I bought a pizza earlier today but the crust was too much dough .and the wife want a thin crust .I went into the store to buy it and then I called them and said if they can give me a thin crust.. I'll pay for it.. they said sure he'll send me one for free only pay delivery fee. all I had to do was pay $6... U guys ROCK... I WILL BUY MY PIZZAS FROM YOU GUYS ANYTIME ANY DAY.. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE... And by the way you guys Pizza taste delicious.. I LOVE IT.. your pizzas taste better than the other competitors anyway

A week ago my husband went and purchased 50$ worth of pizza we ordered online to pay in store , we didn't check our transactions afterwards because we had no reason to? Well my husband went to check if certain money had deposited into our account and we saw we were charged 2 different times from this store ! Well called our bank they stated it was dominos that charged 2xs we had the proof we had the transaction history and the owner refused to refund us ! Also before we could even maybe get a refund the workers here stated they can't give refunds only the GM can which he was gone for a few days ! Highly unprofessional and scammers I say
