This store needs to hire more employees or reward good employees. Quality has gone down a bit waiting an eternity in drive through is crazy. If I didn't order it through the app I would have canceled and left. Dade City Dunkin is worse at this rate I might have to start going to Starbucks. Come on Dunkin pick up the slack.

The dunkin donuts truck drivers made me feel uncomfortable. After telling him i got man. He still askes for my number then process to say that a black boy likes me at work and just made me feel uncomfortable asfu bro needs fired. These man need respect
They don't put actual ice in your iced coffee or offer to remake or actually give you ice. What's the point of iced coffee without ice.
Got into the drive through at 1:09 with 3 cars ahead, didn’t order my food till 1:39 and finally left at 1:50….40 minutes in a drive through. Taking one order and then waiting for that person to leave the drive though to take another. Mind you there’s at least 4 workers in there at this time.<——— was just gonna leave it at that but after coming home and inspecting my food. My $4 snacking bacon is burned and has two pieces in it. 40 minutes for burnt bacon and coffee made wrong. Also overly charge for my coffee got the brown sugar shaken express so that clearly states it comes with oat milk so that should be with this original price I shouldn’t be charged again for oat milk. This place has went downhill.
Unbelievably horrible service Ordered online at 1017 am itt took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and one donut. A person ordered at the kiosk after me ordering online 15 minutes prior and still have not received my order. Now they're remaking one of my drinks since it sat that long. To remake a drink that was sitting there 17 minutes. Just did wait on me afterwards and brought the drinks over to me with a smile so it was corrected and they remade the first string which made me happy so I will come back.order completed at 1037

I’d appreciate a call to address an incident I experienced at your Zephyrhills location. After ordering at the kiosk and waiting 10 minutes, I was finally told the food I ordered was unavailable. I politely suggested putting up a sign to inform customers sooner, as I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. As I walked away, an employee named Donna loudly shouted into a crowded lobby, ‘Someone needs to be more jolly, it’s the holidays.’
It was unprofessional and humiliating to be publicly chastised in front of other customers. Especially since I’m not feeling jolly as I buried my sister yesterday. I understand your manager may not have known the circumstances I was dealing with, which is why basic customer service skills are critical. In my 20+ years of customer service management, I’ve never found yelling at or embarrassing customers to be an acceptable approach. Professionalism and empathy are always key.

First Dunkin I’ve been to in a long time where the staff is friendly. Especially the woman who works the walk-in counter, she is always so kind even when things are hectic there.
