I dont even try to order my coffee the way I used to because no matter what ALL dunkin donuts give me a hard time about it. But atleast the crew here is much more pleasant now.
This is the most ridiculous Dunkin donuts! I go through dd's all over Florida and order the same vanilla iced machiatto made with cream instead of milk. Simple. But I have never had a DD employee tell me that they aren't aloud to do this and threaten to call the manager to make sure they are aloud to put cream instead of milk. She was an extremely rude woman and this is the worst Dunkin donuts.

When I walk in there is water literally falling in a stream down from the ceiling not to mention there’s mold on the ceiling as well but that’s not why I made this comment it’s that I asked for a $6 drink and got this ( reference picture below) no even mad just disappointed that that’s what 5 years of loyalty gets me. Im 17 and this is the first time Iv ever made a complaint but what the heck. Just go 1 minutes down the road past the highway and on the left side of the road you’ll see a Dunkin that has respect for the costumers money and morning.

The person taking my order was not paying my attention and gave me the wrong donut which I noticed and handed it back to her and retold my order. Instead of a Hot chocolate, I received black coffee instead. I already drove off before noticing what was in my cup since I was letting it cool down. How does one mess up this bad? 🤦♀️

I've been going to this place for a few years and get the same thing each time. They gave me regular coffee when I asked for decaf. They are normally very nice (except for the older manager lady she acts like she hates being there) but they gave me regular because they didn't feel like brewing my coffee today. I'll never go there again.

The Manager Donna lacks customer service skills. She told me today while utilizing the kiosk I need to put my payment information in first at the kiosk causing me to pay for someone else’s order. I then told her what happened and she advised she can’t cancel it or see the order even though my account was in fact charged the order total. She refused to assist and said “I don’t have the time for this” when another employee asked her if she was going to assist me. Then continued on as if nothing happened. I called corporate customer service and was advised she should have cancelled the payment based off time of order and order total and she didn’t in fact need a name for the order as she was advising. That was just her not actually wanting to deal with the situation. I’ve been in customer service for years and NEVER have I dealt with a customer the way she did today.

This store needs to hire more employees or reward good employees. Quality has gone down a bit waiting an eternity in drive through is crazy. If I didn't order it through the app I would have canceled and left. Dade City Dunkin is worse at this rate I might have to start going to Starbucks. Come on Dunkin pick up the slack.
