This Dunkin’ takes way too long to give Everyone their orderin the morning especially when people have to be at work it’s easily 10 minutes per person that they take come on guys you have to do better do better

Update: I never thought I’d see the day I’d become a coffee drinker… lol. But here we are! When I need a quick fix, Dunkin’ is my go-to. I usually order an XLG (yes, the big dawg!) hot Original Blend coffee with cream, sugar, and caramel. If I’m feeling extra, I’ll grab some Munchkins or my favorite — maple snackin’ bacon. Sometimes they forget the maple, which hurts my soul a little because I’m just not into plain bacon. 😅
Needless to say, I really like it here. I love the fall because that’s when my all-time favorite treat makes a comeback — pumpkin donuts!
The staff is always a delight, and I try to bring a smile during each visit because I can only imagine how people can get before their morning coffee. ☕
Timing is everything if you want to be in and out fast, so I try to avoid those rush hours. And to top it off — my kids are totally obsessed with DD too… lol. See you soon!
My mom gets the same drink every time we go to Dunkin. We went for the second time today at the same location and we got told “you can’t do that”. I said that makes no sense we just ordered this earlier. “Ive been told we can’t do that” I said again that makes no sense, we just did this an hour and a half ago. COMPLETE SILENCE FROM THE EMPLOYEE for what seemed like forever. So I then said “oh that’s nice, now you’re gonna ignore me” she responded with “oh are you talking to me?” With nothing but attitude. How exactly is ANY of that customer service?! Save your time and just go to the one on 54, where I just left with the drink my mom wanted.
