I gave this place so many opportunities and when they can’t even give you the correct donuts that’s when i draw a line, they always forget to add sausage in your sandwich and have to double check ALL THE TIME, their coffee never taste the same even though i always order the same cold brew coffee is like people here hate their life and wants everyone around them to feel miserable about their life like they do

Out of Boston Kreme it was in the morning too!!! Got a jelly doughnut that was very dry, hardly any jelly, appeared old!!! Dining room and bathroom dirty! Employee sneezing in food service area, had my coffee in his hand! Can only imagine how much contamination that did, food every where.

1/6, arrived 7:54 am . Went inside to place order . Long long line drive tru 8:17 am I walked out . Terrible service 1 customer in front of me Problem : no coverage for inside counter All their focus was on the drive-through. And when they finally waited on me, they got my order wrong three separate times. Then she wouldn’t refund me for my iced coffee. I was told to get back in line. I told them to give me a hot coffee instead. The problem these days is the lack of caring with employees. No apology nothing. I won’t go back to this location while on vacation.

Today, Dec6 about 4 pm went to drive up window. No body took my order. I went to window and a young girl with black hair was working. I told her, she couldn't hear me, that nobody took my order. She said they asked 5 times. Ok. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she interrupted me with are you placing an order, you have to go back and get in line again and give your order there. Whaaat? Don't want doughnuts that badly. Rude, condescending, bad customer service. Be sure to tap her on the hand and say bad girl, don't do that. BTW I have hearing difficulties, I wear a hearing aid. Won't be coming back again. Have a nice day!!

Bagel was stale, iced latte was literally white, barely had enough coffee
Waited 35 minutes for my mobile order in the store but they never managed to make it so i cancelled. Nobody cared, not a sorry, nor a “let me make it up to you”. People in the drive thru are the priority, then people in the store, your mobile order is the least important thing. One person is making all the drinks for all 3 customer types and others aren’t helping him, he’s on his own. Never will be back of course, not just here but in general.

Extremely rude service got my order wrong three different times, and responded with “I guess”, when asked to remake. Gave us our drink 1/4 of the way full, gave us someone else’s food, and did our order wrong. A young mixed man, with a blue shirt working there. Didn’t even have a name tag or a uniform. I get Dunkin Donuts almost everyday at a different location and I am truly APPALLED with how he acted.
