So I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered food and I end up getting a piece of black hair inside my everything bagel but what makes this a five star review is because the manager Ariana she was very nice very respectful. What a manager should be like and she helped me through this process And she wasn’t even clocked in yet and she clocked herself in and helped me through it. I go to this one a lot so it’s usually great but I think they do have a worker that is lazy who’s hair I think it is. anyways that’s my review. 😎

I never wanted to leave a bad review about any business until I found this Dunkin'. I would rather go to the Dunkin' off of Gall Blvd, which was boycotted by their workers a few years back, than waste my money here again. My meal is always cold or uncooked. My sausage patty is always freezing cold in the middle and they almost always make my coffee wrong, which is a simple French Vanilla Cold Brew w/ Cold Foam and Liquid cane Sugar. I wouldn't leave a bad review but this is about the 5th-6th time this year I have been back in hopes they could redeem themselves but they never do.

I've been going to the drive through almost every morning and get about the same items every day and also through door dash this isn't the first time when I ordered 3 orange juice and received none!! Also two coffees and did not get the right amount of cream and sugar, I have tried to call the store and no one is answering I don't want to drive to the store because I'm have health issues and it makes it difficult for me sometimes, it's one of the only places that my wife will eat for breakfast since her stroke, I'd hate to have to quit purchasing through them but if it happens again I'm done!! I edited my review because I got through to the manager and he said he would fix my order, I would have given more stars if they would answer the phone when you call them!! It took 2 days of calling to finally get through to them!!!

I got bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches and the croissants were hard as a rock. Had to just eat the innards. Also got two donuts that were a bit stale.
My sourdough breakfast sandwich was a fail . Sloppy made and bread was stale and not hot .

I gave this place so many opportunities and when they can’t even give you the correct donuts that’s when i draw a line, they always forget to add sausage in your sandwich and have to double check ALL THE TIME, their coffee never taste the same even though i always order the same cold brew coffee is like people here hate their life and wants everyone around them to feel miserable about their life like they do

Out of Boston Kreme it was in the morning too!!! Got a jelly doughnut that was very dry, hardly any jelly, appeared old!!! Dining room and bathroom dirty! Employee sneezing in food service area, had my coffee in his hand! Can only imagine how much contamination that did, food every where.
