I always go to this spot they are the only ones who actually make the coffee right yes sometimes the lines are slow but that’s because half the time they are short staff be patient
Twice asked for a chi tea latte and received a hot coffee. I am home sick and a friend has gone there twice for me and there is not even anyone answering the phone. The cup even says chi tea latte. And then no one understands why the customer gets upset. Worst service ever.

I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and a pump of raspberry. And this is what they gave me. It literally taste like dirt and was not even green. Nothing was mixed properly. So disappointment it went strait to the garbage. What a waist of money.
