The food is still great. Service is phenomenal. The prices are a bit high especially since 2 in our party consisted of one senior and 2 children. Almost 20$ per person even a 10 year old child. So we can't go regularly anymore like we used to šŸ˜”

I used to LOVE this place NOT TODAY mashed potatoes were hard, my medium rare steak was raw inside, my fried chicken breast was raw inside too. The fried shrimp was overdone, the carrots were overcooked, the meatloaf was salty. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED? This was our favorite Golden Corral!!!! Sadly, today, our ONLY good experience was the server. Shaun is very polite and professional. I made him a ring out of a $5.00 bill. I wish I had more. He deserved it.
PLEASE re-hire your ex cooks. You're gonna lose customers if the new cooks don't do a better job. I'm gonna wait a few months before I come back to this place and if things haven't changed, we're NEVER coming back.
I honestly was surprised with the food today cause we've been coming here since we moved to Zephyrhills and this was THE BEST buffet restaurant we've ever visited. I swear!!!
P.S.
Your employees are awesome too, but the one that served us today was all over the place attending the people in his area, making sure we had plates, drinks, etc. I truly appreciated his attention today. He's good. I think we all were happy with him.

Visited on a Sunday morning! Excellent service, price. Variety & quality of food remarkable. Glad to support a family owned business. Clear they take pride in their presentation. Will be back..

We came with eight families and dined for about an hour and a half. We had around 16 kids, which took some time. An elderly cleaning lady kept staring at us and banged the chairs loudly, making the experience feel unprofessional. It was only around 9:10 PM, and we also tipped $40 to another cleaning staff member. The incident spoiled everyone's mood—we didn’t come for free food. Owners may struggle to run a business, but employees certainly know how to ruin it.

I will never go to another Golden corral again at a fight. I will promote Fred’s dining. You will have a better experience. to have a employee to throw u Our silverware and employees laugh you tell me that it’s a good environment

I visited this location because it was the closest to me of about 15 minutes away. I arrived there at opening thinking that if I got there early the food would be nice and Hot. Boy was I ever wrong! I was the sixth person in line and as I got my plate and went to the food bar I saw no steam at all rising from any of the food. I went a step further and continued to scoop food on my plate and went back to my table. As I began to eat, the food was barely lukewarm. Smh. I’m not sure if the food was purposely lukewarm for the older people or not but I’m a young man. Regardless of age, the food should be pleasantly Hot. Once food is on the plate the customer can wait for the food to cool down to their liking. I told my waitress I wanted to speak to the manager about the food temp but the waitress appeared to have a bad attitude in her tone of voice and didn’t want to be there. I know she didn’t tell the manager cause I waited for ten minutes and still no manager. I was so disappointed and frustrated that after about three bites, I just got up and left. Never again will I go back to this location just because it was CLOSE in distance. Next time I will drive an hour or so to Springhill or Brooksville if it means getting Hot food and good service. Obviously no one told this location that First Impressions are Lasting Impressions. SMH.

I think the increase in price and extra for beverages is ridiculous. Not as busy at all since the increase. Something to think about if you want your business to grow.

We come here a lot, atleast once a week. Please do something about the man on the steaks. Move his station or train him better. You’ll ask for well done and he will give you a completey RAW steak every time. I know y’all gotta be getting complaints about this because it’s been going on for awhile. Medium rare is nice but these are absolutely raw. Still purple in the center.

It's pretty good good food. Unfortunately someone needs to put hairnets on the cooks. I found a grey hair in my cake, and one in my fried bacon.
