Jessica the manager simply has the best attitude I've ever seen in a human being anywhere. If I were 35 years younger, I would ask her to marry me. She provides continuous great service with the most beautiful smile. She is a major asset for this branch of Hardee's.

They are always incredibly rude when we go here. We live close by and work very close so it was convenient to come here for lunch a few times a week. We refuse to eat there because they are so rude. So we always take out.
We order on the app and if they are out of something, when you arive they tell you oh well and refuse to reimburse you. The manager especially is very unprofessional and gives you an attitude instead of being apologetic. I'm confused by tue hosile environment.
They rarely get your order correct, and while in the lobby, they bad mouthed my husband, where he could hear them. They didn't realize he was standing in the lobby. They were talking bad about the order and being out of stuff and some chouce words.
The place is just... ghetto. Today I deleted the app. We'll go ahead and stay oit their way. I'm sure they'll be thrilled. They ain't there to work..

There was a time we came here all the time. Had great breakfast sandwiches burgers and a awesome Big chicken sandwich. Not anymore all of that is history. Have tried several times hoping but it's not going to happen. Should rate lower but being nice because it used to be good.

I ordered the star combo it was 11 n change the bun was entirely saturated with grease ,lettuce you could tell was heated up GROSE! You pay that muche for a burger n it's like that NO THANKS!
After the owner responded. I went to the Hardee's again and the day shift manager Gen made it right she offered a new combo and it was delicious. Service was great like the fist time. Thanks Gen

I would give this location 0 if I had the opportunity to do so. I ordered a simple burger with lettuce tomato onion pickle and mustard. I was charged 50 cents for a slice of green tomato, there was no pickle and no mustard. When I brought it back inside to ask for a refund the manager on duty kept calling me darling. I told her to please stop calling me darling and then she began calling me sweetheart in a condescending manner. I told her if she didn't stop that I would write a review and she challenged me in not so many words. She offered to give me the district manager's phone number as though her job is so secure that she can treat people any type of way. Because of them screwing up on one simple burger and the treatment I received from the manager I will never return to this location again. As a matter of fact, I will no longer go to any Hardee's on the planet
Went to the drive thru and came home went to put my straw in my coke with light ice. I got this....(see picture) almost 1/2 empty :( everything else was as it should be.
