The food was good. We had just came to this location the other day and we came back to enjoy the food again but TODAY we had Megan as our cashier. She was the rudest, nastiest, most unpleasant individual and to top it all off shes general manager!!!!!!! Unbelievable

Jessica the manager simply has the best attitude I've ever seen in a human being anywhere. If I were 35 years younger, I would ask her to marry me. She provides continuous great service with the most beautiful smile. She is a major asset for this branch of Hardee's.

They are always incredibly rude when we go here. We live close by and work very close so it was convenient to come here for lunch a few times a week. We refuse to eat there because they are so rude. So we always take out.
We order on the app and if they are out of something, when you arive they tell you oh well and refuse to reimburse you. The manager especially is very unprofessional and gives you an attitude instead of being apologetic. I'm confused by tue hosile environment.
They rarely get your order correct, and while in the lobby, they bad mouthed my husband, where he could hear them. They didn't realize he was standing in the lobby. They were talking bad about the order and being out of stuff and some chouce words.
The place is just... ghetto. Today I deleted the app. We'll go ahead and stay oit their way. I'm sure they'll be thrilled. They ain't there to work..
