Went for lunch today...ordered 20 plus dollars of food....waited forever then served cold chicken and a chicken sandwich that i think came out of the trash! ( That's where we put it! ) Just awful!

The fish sandwich looked like it been rewarded and kind of hard and just warm also the fries were cold and felt they had rewarmed to and they were supposed to be medium and they hardly looked like they didn't fill them looked more like the small size in a medium fries carry.

The woman at the register with pink hair (Gloria N) was highly unprofessional, extremely rude, and has no business working with anyone in the public. My father and I walked in and ordered a sausage cheese biscuit a fresco, 2 drinks and two of the strawberry lemon biscuits. She during the ordered piped up saying “I can’t hear you” (with attitude in her voice) then we got even louder so she could at which point she mumbled back out order asked if that was it then we paid. She then handed us 3 drink cups even though we asked for 2 lg drinks and when asked why she popped off with attitude once again and said “WELL THATS WHY I CONFIRMED THE ORDER WITH YOU” as she walked away. Once our order came through my father was missing his entire meal! On top of that the food was cold the place is dirty as it always is and management will let this behavior continue as this is a norm for this location

As always the food is great. I live close and get my son breakfast here at least once a week. We've dined in but often order from the drive-thru. The lady at the drive-thru has got to be one of the meanest lady's I've ever met. I hate to say it, I really do but she is so mean. I went through about 9 to 915 this morning, she is always mean but this morning was the worst. She was snatching, not saying a word and forcefully handed stuff through the window. I can't be the only person that sees and feels this lady's anger. I mean I'm not going to stop going there but I will avoid her at all cost in the future.
