as a former employee i truly loved this place. My managers were the best and most understanding. typically in this industry people don’t enjoy their job but i really did, my coworkers were amazing and welcoming. working here helped me a lot, and the food is TOP TIER and REAL. i am so very thankful for the opportunity to work here.

I will NEVER eat at this location EVER again! French toast sticks were burnt and were so greasy i threw away 85% of what I ordered! The eggs used to be amazing! Idk what y'all changed but they a greasy hot mess! The biscuits and gravy used to be my fave from you guys.... they were golden brown alright and great till you get to the center which was under cooked! You have employees who are not washing their hands before returning to work.... I was actually in the bathroom with that employee! Yes I'm homeless living out our car in an adjoining parking lot and go in to use the bathroom. I was followed inside the bathroom and while I was on the toilet; your manager walked up to the stall I was in telling me.... "these bathrooms are for customers only, right?" How rude. I go in to pee and your manager HAS to follow me INTO the restroom? I didn't go into the facilidty to do drugs or togo into destroy the bathrroms..... or to make a mess. I will NEVER eat or even suggest to somebody to visit this establishment! One ... who eats somewhere if they bathrooms nasty to begin with. Who wants to give an establishment they hard earned money if... they going to be followed into a restroom and talked to like I'm a child or somebody who comes in to only to make a mess inside the establishment. If the food wasn't nasty enough .... so are your employees!

The biggest, flakey, soft center with a crispy outside, delicious, biscuits ever and it's just like what my grandmother makes (RIP)! Dislike the fried egg (yolk center and egg white outside) that wasn't mixed up like a scrambled egg (solid yellow) so it taste like a boiled egg and I wanted a normal, solid yellow, all mixed up, fried egg. The bacon needed to be cooked longer, it was barely cooked. Looks and taste unpleasant instead of delicious and crispy. The only good part of my breakfast was the biscuit.

The young man doing the cooking was using bad language, the f... K bomb several times, calling the orders crazy orders. Loud enough to hear it in the dining area. A couple who was waiting to be served walked out. I don't think he has what it takes to do that job. I don't think management is on top of this restaurant. I may come back I haven't decided. This location needs a district manager too. Clean up this location. I used to go there a lot but it has gone down hill.
