Donuts are great, however while in line I saw a little girl drop there box of donuts all over there nasty floor and not one staff member asked the dad if he wanted them to replace the donuts. It was $8.00 worth or donuts.

The ONLY place to get a good donut, hands down. I don't like donuts, but I really like the ones this place makes. Great variety, every donut they make is delicious
Hole in One always has great donuts. Today however, I enter and wait by the counter to pick up an order. I should add, we had an incredibly simple order and my fiancee was interrogated on the specifics("What sprinkles, what do you mean fill the rest") when it didn't require so much attention to detail. I wait at the counter for 10 minutes, every staff member sees me and does nothing, choosing to take orders from customers in line. I figure maybe I'm mistaken, so I get in line for another 10. I get to the register, mention I'm there for an order and am told "You don't have to wait by the register for an order," I beg your pardon but that's just not true. I get in the car, drive another 10 home, look in the box, and my order is incorrect. I would never suggest making an order anywhere but in person, the staff is too clueless to handle it if you don't literally point to the donuts you want in the case. Paid for a dozen, only got 11. I love local business but this was a terrible start to my morning.
