The workers were so friendly and nice. They were patient with us as I had family visiting from out of state that don't have a jerimahs where they live. super nice young people working that night :)

My boyfriend and I go to Jeremiah’s in Carrolwood frequently. We came to the Zephyrhills location yesterday and asked the young boy with glasses for a sample of the orange Italian Icy. The boy had gotten some on his hand and proceeded to lick his fingers in front of us. I was too shocked to say anything, and did not want to come off as rude. He was a young boy, and he most likely did not realize what he did. I hope this review allows higher ups to please make it handy for staff to wear gloves or have a nearby sink in the front line for staff to wash hands. Thank you !

Was just there and specifically asked for extra marshmallow and extra Oreo crumbs, the girl that rang us up said sure but made no effort to tell her co-worker who prepared it. He didn’t know that there is supposed to be marshmallow in it. I had to ask him and got a little drizzle on top. I didn’t get extra anything. It tasted very plain. Both of them seemed more interested in running Back to the table to sit down and chitchat together then they were in providing customer service. This is the third time that we have gone there and not gotten what we asked for. When it first opened, it was a great place to go. the workers were friendly and made sure that we were happy. This establishment has gone downhill unfortunately. We won’t be going back. Will stick to our reliable Culver’s and Dairy Queen, especially at those prices.

This is so good. They have a big selection of different flavors of Italian ice and the combination with soft serve ice cream was awesome. I'll definitely be back to try all the flavors.

Was lied to about allergens. I have been to Jeremiah's Italian ice at this location multiple times and at another location twice and was always told that the scoop froggy frog was dairy-free. Found out tonight by talking to one of the girls that it is in fact NOT dairy-free, and I was able to find online the allergen list that indicates this as well. I am lactose intolerant and have always chosen Jeremiah's because I thought it was dairy-free. Thankfully I've never had a severe reaction but I won't come back. For the price I spent here, I could go get ice cream at the neighboring grocery store (was told that all of their chocolate/ dairy containing ices have actual vanilla ice cream in them). The Italian ice is very good, but this location is literally in the same complex as a major grocery store that sells their own brand of ice cream as well as any big name ice cream company you can imagine.
Dietary restrictions: Do not come. They lied to me about what allergens were contained in the Italian ice, specifically about dairy which is a common allergen.
