Love Jersey Mikes, even love this location. Just don’t love the guy taking orders and cutting the meats. Apparently he’s learning so he can open his own store……BUT He’s very rude and obnoxious. He’s got a tattoo on his right forearm that’s says “ talk less and smile more” I think it’s time he’s takes his own advice! We will return once he’s gone.

Arrived at 7:00 PM to pick up a sub for dinner. Only patron in the shop, young lady said she would be right with me and continued to wipe down tables. 4 other employees were cleaning the grill, etc. One fellow was on the phone. Several minutes later he hung up and asked how he could he help me. I ordered my sub to which he replied on wheat or some other kind bread. He then stated we got no white bread. I said thank you and left after 5 minutes of poor service. The original lady managed to get out a sorry before I exited. Won't be back, not sure how they were going to make it 2 more hours without the most popular breads.

We ordered the new classic hot pastrami sandwich for the first time tonight. The pastrami was not very warm, too fatty, and extremely tough with very little pastrami! The bread was cold and soggy as well! Never again!

The staff makes this place special. They're always so friendly. The food is consistently great. The lettuce is never brown and tea is spot on. One of my favorite places in Z-hills to eat!

Horrible. We tried to order an hour and 10 mins before they closed and it wouldn't let us. Went in the store and asked if they were closing early they said no not till 9 so I asked why we couldn't order online he said they turned off online ordering. So we started to order and they didn't have the bread to make our order so we left. You should have the product you sell if your going to be open. We spend about 80$ here everytime. Guess they don't really need our business. Plus they looked mad when we walked in the door.

Was in there today 12:30 felt like a heard being pushed and to much in a hurry to give any customers server , worst roast beef ever, 2 thin slices you could not chew . The quality at this store has reached rock bottom!!!!!!
Store looked neat. I found the staff a little rude but it was the end of the night too. The food was a bit over priced to me. It was good but expensive
