Disappointed! Ordered a big Kahuna and asked them to hold the jalapeños, add lettuce, Mayo and tomatoes. Took my order home. It has no lettuce, tomatoes or Mayo and is covered with jalapeños. Just tried to call and they are closed. I hate jalapeños so it is totally in edible for me. I watched the guy write down our orders..How do mess that up?
New experience: Well, I thought I would give them another try. We placed on order online. They’re were not busy, but the order was delayed coming out. We took the order home and none of the toppings requested for the full size cheesesteak were actually on the sub at all. The quality of the bread was also very questionable. They had a printed order to follow and it still came wrong.

Im only leaving this review because of the great team of people that work here they are very hardworking. If you are an owner or manager of this location you should be very grateful for the team you have here. When I come in if they are slammed with orders they do their absolute best to run an efficient line with excellent customer service. Location is clean and jersey mikes is one of my go-to spots to get a quick sub. I also love that they have a gluten free bread options.

This Jersey Mike’s location has become one of our dependable go-to lunch spots. The quality here is always consistent, every order is correct, and we never have to worry about anything being made wrong. It’s nice to visit a place where you know you’re getting the same great taste every single time.
The staff here is always very friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. They take their time, greet you with genuine energy, and make sure your sandwich is prepared the right way. You truly feel like they care about the customer experience — not just pushing orders out.
The environment inside is clean, organized, and comfortable to dine in. This location feels very inviting — whether you’re grabbing subs for lunch, picking up for the family, or just sitting down for a quick meal. Service is fast, efficient, and the line moves smoothly even when they are busy.

Girlfriend was in the mood for Philly Cheesesteak & I didn't want to deal with Walmart madhouse. Philly Mike's way was a good choice. Getting our food was a little slow, we ordered & watch 6 other people get served before our sandwiches was made.
Let me start by saying I normally have no issues with this store and would give them 5 stars but today I experienced a moment of just attitude from the young girl making my sandwich (hot sub). I specifically ordered without ranch/mayo/tomato. I saw her slab a jar load of mayo on my sandwich. And instead of pulling my sandwich out and potentially causing a scene i discretely went out of the store checked my sandwich and politely said my order is incorrect can it be remade. I then had to justify what was wrong and the same young girl who made my sandwich remade it correctly this time. The issue was not so much the lack of making the order right, but the blatant attitude and eye rolling from the girl making the sandwich. I also watched another young girl rummage for the slip to see if I was correct ...not sure why. But the man who took my order apologized and handed me the sandwich and I left. I dont typically make complaints. I try to make positive reviews, but I felt like this is a learning experience. I understand your store is busy but having an attitude will not make things any easier. Again normally a great location.

The food is basically no different than what you can make at home, I was not offered any seasonings on my sub other than salt and pepper, mayo and mustard, nothing like a sub shop I had ever been in.

Every time I order to go from this location, I ask for no mayo and they add it every time. It completely ruins my appetite every time I open the package to find mayo and it’s just throwing money away. Please pay closer attention to what you are making and don’t just assume that everyone likes mayo.
