The food may be good IDK because upon my first visit ever on Friday I realized the meats and cheeses are sliced on the same machine. So i left. Being vegetarian I don't want remnants of beef and turkey on my cheese sub. I saw more than one slicer on the premises. Seems an easy fix: meat on one. Cheese and vegetables on a different one. ?♂️ I'm sure my kosher-eating friends will agree.Vegetarian options: If you don't mind meat remnants on your cheese I suppose it's fine.Dietary restrictions: Not vegetarian/ kosher friendly

Me and my wife love coming here. We've been coming here for years ever since we moved to Florida. We've always been getting good food and good service. It's one of our favorite places to go. We would recommend it to anybody.

The worst experience with a manager I've ever had. Continues to lie though I gave the manager plenty of time to look at the sandwich and see there is no capicola ham on the sandwich. The manager said "I made it I know what I'm doing" but you could have just looked. Because clearly you know what you're doing and I'm not challenging that fact. I'm challenging the fact that mistakes happen even the best make mistakes. But apparently you don't and your narcissistic emotional response it a clear indication your not mentally capable to be a manager at Jersey Mike's. I've been going to Jersey Mike's since I lived in Raleigh North Carolina 13 years and in all my times going I have never once had a issue. Last I checked it's stealing/theft if you take my money and do not deliver what's intended. Hey manager when you read this please remember your pride is only worth a few pieces of capicola ham. That's pathetic. Obviously I wasn't there for the freebie I just spent $60 for three sandwiches lol btw I can count and 4 isn't 5. That would be the amount of times you placed a new meat on the slicer. Try not making 10 sandwiches at a time if you have trouble counting bro!
