Twice we have gone there wrong chicken the first time to Spicy went back again for Tuesday special on line get there and they said the special was online and I am 73 and I asked about Seniors discount and the girl didn't say anything about it spent over 50 dollars and no one there would work with me sad when you think you are going to be treated fairly but didn't happen there people behind me just shocked there head so sad when you can't any body to help you and not be fair about the price want go back again

I will not order pickup from KFC again. I ordered dinner for me to pick up. I had to ask for butter and honey, when it should be included for that soggy biscuit that was soaked up from grease from the old, dried out thigh and leg. I thought that leg was a wingette., it was so small. the only thing I liked was the mashed potatoes and the portion, and coleslaw was good.but KFC managers, don't give old, dried out chicken through drive thru, just to get rid of it from all day. nobody wants to drive back for the fresh batch. I'm disappointed! if managers don't care about the quality of the food, and stop making so many mistakes on your orders, I have read your reveiws.then change your job. apparently your not a good manger. your over done !!!

Went thur drive thur and ordered a big meal 16 PC Meal with 2 extra sides and extra biscuits. With a chocolate cake.got everthing home and only had 1 thigh 3 breast the rest was legs and wings. Then tried to call the store none would answer the phone to make it right.

They always seem to forget something, im not sure why, but almost everytime I order from this KFC, they miss an item, from biscuits to straws to no sides. Instead of 5chicken they give 4, there is just always an item missing!! Do better!! Have someone at least second check the order correctly. Jeez!!
Their receipt literally says "your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy" yet we find 2 bowls that were not what we ordered and they have the phone set to fax so you can't call to speak to a manager. When you live 20 minutes away it's totally unacceptable not to be able to call in.

I've been coming to this KFC for several years now. The Zephyrhills KFC doesn't disappoint. Their chicken and sides are consistently of high quality and served hot. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I've had KFC from many places between Florida and NY. I've been disappointed a few times, but never at Zephyrhills. This KFC should be a model for other KFC's to follow! Thank you for the great job you all do!

I ordered an 8 piece chicken, no sides, when the girl told me it was $24.99 I thought she was joking but she wasn’t! I told her to forget and I went to Winn Dixie and got an 8 piece for $10. KFC’ new price hikes are absurd, no wonder they didn’t have any customers!

What is this owner/franchise/mgr thinking at this location. Jacked up prices, Major food reduction.. No more somewhat okay size sides now little instant potato, small gravy & tiny cole slaw. Sorry you will find out people will go get a full meal ellswhere for less. Please change your ways because I love your chicken but not for the price of what you get now.
