I don’t know if I can get pizza from the Marcos on Eiland in Zephyrhills ever again after our experience. My husband went to get our pizzas after placing his order. The gal at the register kept putting her fingers in her mouth, don’t know why? One of the gals on the pizza make line announced she was “going to change her pad” and took her purse into the restroom. When she came out, she went to the make line and started assembling pizzas with no food gloves on. I hope she washed her hands! They messed up our order and did not make the pizzoli’s with pepperoni AND sausage, just pepperoni. A few hours after eating, my husband got diarrhea for several hours and I started violently throwing up at 2am. It was so bad I had to cancel my Amazon Flex block for $101.50. When I called them yesterday to address the issue, I was told to call back another time because they were in the middle of a large 150 pizza order. Wow!!! Seriously?!?!? So not only Am I out $101.50, but got to spend over 12 hours violently throwing up and the staff was more concerned about their 150 pizza order than they were about me!!!! Do NOT go to this Marcos!!! It’s gross to have workers announce they are going to change out their feminine products and then go back to making the food you will be eating without putting on food gloves!!!!

Very poor customer service. Their pizza is actually good but they like to change the prices evertime I order. I was a long time customer but not anymore. I have spent 1500 a year ordering 2 to 3 times a week. They have no honor to loyal customers. Never again will I order from them again.

I want to thank Charlie, and his manager Dennis! Ordered pizza as we are still without power from hurricane Milton, Charlie not only delivered our pizza we ordered but he also came with extra, and a can of gas for our generator! We are so beyond blessed and thankful god sent you to us tonight, you have no idea how appreciative we are of you tonight. God bless you and your wonderful soul. You don't find people like this often. So thank you sooo much again Charlie and Dennis!

Missed up our order last week so they gave us a $25 credit towards another pizza for future and we decided to use it today and guess what? Messed up the order again even though I ordered ahead of time. I had to wait for a remake and no compensation was offered for wasting my time. If you order from this location double check everything because they have a high chance of errors. Quality control sucks at this location!!

I did a pick up for uber eats right before close. The order was a big one (some tall guy with red hair that works there) continued to insist that I was going to steal one of the items...2 the point where he followed me outside to my car, still insisting I was going to steal one of the items. This worker was very rude and that was very uncalled for.
