Went in the drive through.. staff was slow and rude.. nuggets were cold.. I ordered a large meal.. got a medium fry with it. And the fry container wasn't even filled up all the way.. this is what I got. Such a rip off.

They remodeled this place. No change on the service. The new kosik are not working, but they take your money. After about ten minutes I had to go find my meal.

I saw my first cockroach inside McDonald’s eating area. So I won’t be back to that McDonald’s anymore. It’s the one right next to the speedway gas station.. look at the uniform at the egg below inside the sandwich. It doesn’t look normal.

Only time I go here is when my order ahead gets redirected to this one. Be prepared for your food not to be ready and to be parked for 10 minutes while you wait even if no one else is in line behind you. They don’t greet you at the window, just “go park at this space”
Cold fries, pull to the window after I paid went to the second window, they come and ask me what my order is they expected me to tell them everything I got without a receipt. Just go somewhere else, that's all I can say

Literally the worst mcds, save yourself the aggravation and getting robbed. No order is ever right even after you wait parked 20 minutes for a drive thru order. I’ll be filing a dispute if funds and will have no need to ever return! Go to the new store a couple miles away, they get it right and understand customer service.
