I saw my first cockroach inside McDonald’s eating area. So I won’t be back to that McDonald’s anymore. It’s the one right next to the speedway gas station.. look at the uniform at the egg below inside the sandwich. It doesn’t look normal.

Usually don’t give negative reviews as I understand businesses and people’s situations; however this location definitely needs it. Gave it a second go for ordering, hoping they’d get the order right, but can’t do basic things such as reading and communication. Sad when they make more than people who actually do their jobs correctly and get paid way less. If you can’t do your job correctly, then give it to someone who will/can. It’s better to drive to another location than waste gas/money for poor customer service at this location.

Went there this morning to order a big breakfast and as usual they left out the hash brown Every time I go to this McDonald's I get home this happens most every time! I should know to look in the bag to make sure it's there, you would think paying these kids 14 or 15 dollars an hour can't even get an order right! This is just ridiculous not only an incompetent staff but incompetent managers who don't know how to run their shift! I will never come back there again they suck at service and quality!

It is the worst fast food I have ever been to, they took as long as if it were a restaurant and in the end they told me that they would refund my money or change my order because they did not want to continue making breakfast, when I had ordered it on time. They were rude, poorly employed and without any empathy!

If I could give zero stars I would. Incompetent staff, food sucks and they will take your money before 1030 for breakfast but won't let you get what you already paid for. I wouldn't even buy this crap for your animal food.

After ordering the big breakfast, the biscuits were hard as a rock . When my husband took the biscuits in to them they said they would not fix the problem they said don't you have teeth . This place needs to replace their staff with courtesy. This is unacceptable 😤

Dirty tables and floors. Ordered three of five dollar meals should've had two McChicken and one cheeseburger recieved two cheeseburgers one McChicken. Guess the young people in there can't read.

I went to this particular McDonald's because of how it looks like the old ones from the 50s and I love that. But I did not like how you have to order your food from the app or from the kiosk which there were several people that needed help with the kiosk and there was A-line for me for people to use the kiosk. The bathrooms weren't clean and the restaurant don't look that well cleaned as well. Didn't have any of the food didn't really get to interact with any of the employees because they are all hiding it looks like. I really hope this McDonald's turns around and does better customer service in the future. Whoever runs this McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves.

Went to this location during my route this morning. I have a large truck with a trailer and the parking lot was full, so i pulled over to the mobile side, that nobody ever uses so I just parked there.
Upon leaving my vehicle, I'm screamed at out the drive through window by some woman telling me I cant park there. You know, someone having a bad day and taking it out on someone else for absolutely no reason.
So I just say I'm going to go somewhere else entirely and then I start getting profanities slung at me. This is completely unprovoked.
Disgusting behavior. That woman is going to mouth off to the wrong person one day, and lucky for her I stopped being that "one person" years ago.
