Only person in line, took 15 minutes. Watched them drop a sandwich and proceed to wrap it, asked about it and they said it was OK. Well, it was a mess. Also, bacon for mac and cheese was chewy to the point it was inedible. Order checked by Hailey (pretty sure the same person who watched the sandwich fall onto the counter)

Drive thru is so terrible. This is my 3rd time and I’ve finally had enough to write this review. You know the sad thing, I place it from home and come when it’s already been ready for 10 minutes. I don’t understand what takes so long ?

Customer service was rude and food was terrible 😢 Very little tuna salad on the sandwich, tomatoes looked like they had been frozen and Broccoli cheddar soup had been reheated and was curdled..tasted burnt😢 Very disappointed 😞

I hate complaining BUT this is THE worst Panera I've ever gone to. If someone in drivethu orders a (time-consuming) MEAL.... If you ask them to please pull forward or pull to the front and wait for their order to be cooked, that way the 15 people behind them in the drive-thru, some just there for a coffee or drinks or dessert, can move forward and not make a career move out of it. Drive-thrus are for fast food. Unfortunately, this location redefines the term drive-thru fast food, and apparently doesn't seem to do anything about it. Because it's been consistent for a year. If I order here, if I see anybody in front of me, I either drive off and go somewhere else, or crankally go inside

Came in to be a quite place like never did before was a table full of people had a dog kept on barking it was not no service dog i saw 2 guest ask can you have dog be quiet try to study i do not know why the stuffed would not sad nothing the dog was loud i have be too many panera Bread dont have no problem that why i come here
