They close the drive thru every day about 30 min before they close. Very frustrating.

Food is pretty good but the service is terrible. I understand that they are not fast food but man are they SLOOOOW. Plus when somebody comes to the drive-thru with a large order and it's going to take longer than just a minute or two to make and you're holding everybody else up behind them instead of sending them around to the parking spots designated because you don't want to walk the food out to them when it's done is just laziness.
I had chicken noodle soup as soon as the bowl arrived there was already a soup line on the bowl higher up then what I had, I took a spoonful with chicken and there was a hair in it, the staff was not understanding, fortunately we got the bowl of soup scratched of the receipt
I am beyond fed up with this Panera Bread location. Every single time I use the drive-through, my order is wrong, incomplete, or messed up in some way. I’ve ordered the SAME Tomato Soup and Southwest Chicken Salad four times, and not once has it been correct. I either get the wrong soup, a salad missing half the ingredients, or they give me a smaller portion than what I paid for. It’s absolutely unacceptable.
We all work extremely hard for our money, and spending nearly $15 on a soup and salad that is never correct is ridiculous. It feels like blatant carelessness, and honestly, it’s starting to feel like a rip-off.
This store desperately needs serious attention. Management needs to step up, take responsibility, and pay attention to what is going out the door. Customers should not have to beg for basic accuracy. Do better.

Staff was really understanding of my own goof up! Quick and eager to make up for my misguided self checkout! Very lovely employees and very awesome service! Some of the best Mac and cheese a girl could ask for in a rush!

I am a sip club member. Got here at 7:48. It is now 7;:55. Here's a photo after I parked shortly after 7:48. They are not supposed to close untill nine. But they said sorry we're closed and we cannot serve your club order. Honestly I am blown away. How much money do they spend in marketing in this and other shit and cannot deliver on just normal Customer Service. Someone should be fired, someone's really high up

Krem was sooo professional!!! She handled an issue with a grouchy customer with grace far beyond her years. This location is amazing.

Tiffany b. from this location has one above and beyond. I was having such a bad day until I ran into her. I wish more employees were like her if it's any way possible can you show her this and give her the recognition she deserves she is awesome and I'm so happy right now because of her kindness and her great customer service and attitude. I will definitely always come back, especially if she is there.

The food was delicious but the service staff didn't seem to know what was going on. They forgot part of our order blamed it on each other then treated me like I was trying to cheat them out of the cookies I already paid for.

The menu can be a little confusing but the staff were patient and knowledgeable. I came in specifically for the Italian Steak and Mozz sandwich and was not disappointed. I got the You Pick Two and paired this half-sandwich with the Italian Market Salad and couldn't have been happier. They are both only being offered for a limited time so I intend to go back soon.

I often choose this location to work remotely, and it is very comfortable. It's you're typical Panera layout. Worth mentioning is that two times out of three times I have been there, generally by 9am, they've been out of stock of plain bagels and one time butter. Not a big deal, but if you're really looking for something that you're craving, make sure they have it in stock.

Only person in line, took 15 minutes. Watched them drop a sandwich and proceed to wrap it, asked about it and they said it was OK. Well, it was a mess. Also, bacon for mac and cheese was chewy to the point it was inedible. Order checked by Hailey (pretty sure the same person who watched the sandwich fall onto the counter)
