I went to pick up a credit pizza since they had gotten my order wrong 2 weeks prior. I ask for square cut pizza and I got the large triangles. So I went in this past Friday asked for my credit pizza no change wanted square cut. I was exhausted and wanted to get home. So I did not check it. When I got home and sat to enjoy my pizza. It was cut like Frankenstein's body all shapes and sizes. How hard is it to cut a pizza. Staff is not trained. Looks like they cut in large rectangles then realized it was wrong and tried to cut in squares. Total failure.

Order a pizza 11/19/25 at 2:19 ,the girl there has terrible service, had hair on my food. I went to the papa John’s an got inside no one was in there so I waited for about 3 or 4 minutes finally a girl comes from the office, she looked like she was mad I was in there. I ordered an esc bbq sauce (extra sauce) with extra chicken, cheese with pepperoni. I didn’t get the extra chicken and the pizza only had 2 pepperonis on every slice. (I work at a papa Johns so I know what extra everything is supposed to look like).

got a pizza with two different toppings, each on separated half’s of the pizza. When it gets delivered, the toppings are so poorly spread and the pizza terribly cut the half with “only sausage” was more like 1.8 slices of only sausage and 2.2 of sausage and veggie and then 4 slices of veggie. And yes there are insanely picky eaters at my house.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this store. My order (per the website) was only going to be 35-40 min for delivery. Turned out to be 1 hr! No one in the store answers the phone. Pizza was lukewarm and very greasy! The DoorDash driver said my order was put in with another order and that is what caused the delay. I would have cancelled the order if someone had answered the phone. I was not mad at all with the DoorDash driver and even tipped her. I will be making a complaint to the manager.
