I had the veal. It was very tender though I prefer a slightly crispier crust. Also the spinach was tasty yet over drenched. There was a good measure of liquid making it hard for me to shake off lol. On a first visit you do receive a 20%off your next visit coupon so makes up for it... Also receive a take home cannoli... Which I did not receive.

As amazingly sweet the staff was, the food was mediocre at best. The garlic bread was hard. Their marinara was really good, pesto was okay, alfredo was flavorless and to add chicken was an extra 5 bucks. The eggplant parmesean had way too much cheese.
Their cheesecake was chunky :( couldn't eat it bc the texture was so bad. Their canoli was good though!
Saving grace was the amazing service. But for almost 60 bucks for 3 meals, I expected better food.

The pasta really is homemade. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. This was our first time here and I can’t wait to come back. I had the largest most delicious calzone and my hubby had some amazing pasta. This is a true owner run Italian restaurant. Not a chain. All of our food was freshly made and really delicious.
The service is always amazing just like the food been coming for years and never had a bad experience warm greetings and small town feeling

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Piccola Italia Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely outstanding, authentic, full of flavor, and clearly made with love and passion. Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the incredible hospitality. John, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He personally checked on us, shared the story behind some of the dishes, and made us feel like we were dining in his own home. You can tell he genuinely cares about every guest and takes pride in both the food and the experience.
This is the kind of restaurant that leaves you excited to come back again and again. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with top-notch service, Piccola Italia is the place to be. Bravo to John and his team for creating such a gem!

We had a really great experience at Piccola Italia. While everything was really good for us the Chicken Alla Blu (which I believe is a house dish) and the Pasta e Fagioli (soup) really stood out. We also had the Taste of Italy which is a sampler of their dishes, fried mushrooms and a cannoli. All excellent.
It also has to be said that the service was absolutely outstanding. Sometimes my wife and I get two entrees and share them and to do this (and not be a bother) we just ask for an extra empty plate. But our server RIKKI went above and beyond by having our entrees divided up and plated separately. Thanks to her and the kitchen for doing that, really nice touch. Overall a really nice meal, can't wait to get back.
