I ordered a small pan pizza cheese. It had pepperoni all over it. My 7-year-old granddaughter would not eat it. And I don't like cheese pizza or pepperoni. Total waste of money for me.

I would like to tell you how the food was unfortunately I never received it. When I ordered it I got it confirmation that said it would be here one time, then I get a message that it was going to be 20 minutes after that time, then I get a message that the drivers having a hard time finding my location, so I called the driver and he spoke about two words of English, I'm not saying anything negative about him however I couldn't communicate with him. So basically at the end of the call it sounded to me like he wasn't coming which obviously he wasn't. I contacted the store I was on hold for 4 minutes I hung up and tried calling again and was asked to hold and I declined to hold and was told that they were very busy and it would take them 5 minutes to get back to me. Well at the time of this review it's been over 10 minutes I haven't heard anything from the store when I was put on hold the first time whoever answered the phone tell me that they were very busy and whatever but regardless they haven't called me back yet at the time of this review. I do have to say that their delivery drivers or a lot of them are from doordash so it's not necessarily the stores fault I guess it's just the procedure and the way that they handle the delivery. if you want to pick it up yourself that would probably be better. As far as I'm concerned I'm not going to bother ordering from them or if I do I will ask them if I'm going to have a real Pizza Hut employee that is going to deliver the pizza to me. Definitely not recommending this place. To be fair I have to say that the pizza did finally show up half an hour after it was supposed to and I paid the Dasher but could not understand him. So I guess I would say order at your own risk.

The kid at the register was friendly enough but my entire order was wrong. I had ordered cheesy garlic bread sticks and a medium pan pizza with ham and pineapple. I got dry bread sticks and a medium original crust with bacon. Very disappointing since the only reason I ordered from Pizza Hut was because I had an craving for a pan pizza. The 2 kids in the back, making the orders, should pay better attention to details and spend less time taking about nonsense.

I ordered delivery, I ordered breadsticks with my order and did not receive them and when I called the person on the phone was clueless how to handle and put me on hold said "if the manager doesn't pick up, um yeah"... What? Please train employees a little better. I lost my money because I was not wasting my time to call back and speak to an employee lacking the knowledge needed to do their job efficiently. It's a shame how much money Pizza Hut makes and then takes. How many other people don't get the food they order because when they call the person on the phone is clueless or acts like they are I'm tired of this you "restaurants" the prices just keep getting higher and higher and the service is getting worse and worse. It's ridiculous

I ordered online they lied to me four times wanted to refund. They refused saying that I had to wait till the next day they processed ot. I told him they refunded the wrong card and they said I don’t know what to tell you so basically what happened is they refunded the $39 to someone else and they said that it’s my fault not theirs when they made the mistake these guys are liars cheats thieves, and actually the food was cold when I got in the first place, so please stay away from these guys. All they do is rob people blind.

I loved the food, I opted for delivery my pizzas got here on time and hot . When I go there the morning crew was jovial and hard working. I recommend pizza hut especially the brownie. And cookie. The pasta is good too .
Ordered a medium pizza and a 2 liter of pepsi. They told me it was be about 35 minutes. After a hr i called them and they said my order was not on their system but yet they charged me the $26.50 on my bank statement. Which says pizza hut Zephyrhills. So i asked him to reverse the charge. He said he cant csuse my order was not in their system and for me to call my bank. Funny i had of been in the system when they charged my account.

Store refused to honor their coupon.
They had an ad for a large pizza up to 3-toppings for 10.99. They said the total came to $12.83. That's exactly $1 plus tax too much.It should have been 11.76. They said they've been having trouble with that coupon all day, but they refused to honor the price they advertised. They rang it up as $11.99 and would not honor the price or make any other allowance.
This doesn't make a huge difference for any individual customer, but adds up to a lot of profit for them. Plus they are violating truth-in-advertising laws.

Food was good but my delivery driver spilled some of my food and said I could call the store to have it remade but when I called the store they accused me of being a prank call and hung up.
