I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Not only are they slow with service. Slow with drive thru( over 5 years now) but also trashy building. Sign is missing. They let people in and out of the back door / employee entrance that do not have uniform on. The lady at the drive-through window today at 3:40 PM was talking with her fellow employees about how much of an alcoholic she is and what happens when she drinks too much while she was serving me. Not only is this the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my life, but this is one of the worst fast food establishments I’ve ever been to in my life.

Visited 3/22.. Looked over the counter to see trash and food on the floor. Employee wearing a yellow hoodie didn't even know we were at the counter. Had the hoodie top on over his head. Totally disgusting.This place has steadily gone downhill in the last five years. Consistently out of something. Not enough customer service. Lost my business and willing to warn others.

Friendly service and great quality of food. It was delicious. The overall store was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend the shrimp tackle box 😋

Went to your establishment today to pick up a meal. Walked in there was four people there sitting at the tables. One gentleman standing to the side waiting for an order and also a gentleman standing at the counter. After two minutes the gentleman at the counter gets his order and walks out. The young girl that waited on him walks outback. I stood closer to the counter to place my order. Waited and waited no one took my order, it’s not like there wasn’t anyone there I counted at least five people in the back, some with headphones. They looked at me but no one came out to take my order so after about five minutes I walked out. I’m surprised you people are still in business. Won’t be back there again and will tell my friends about your place , don’t think you’ll get much business.

This location has the absolute slowest service. I ordered online for dive thru pick up. When I pulled in a truck pulled in front of me to fill the CO2. Employees standing around outside told me to back out of the drive thru and go inside. I did then waited 20 minutes in line while they took one order at a time and didn't take another until their food was assembled and served. When I got to the register I told them I had a mobile order then they didn't even have what I wanted made and I had to wait another 10 mins for them to call me up to the counter. All I ordered was 3 chicken tenders nothing else. Now that I have them they are so dry and overcooked they are hardly edible.

Ordered spicy tenders. Was told it would be a 5 min wait. After waiting 20 mins, they brought out a box of original tenders. What was I waiting for if you were going to give me what I didn't pay for? It was pointless to get upset about it. It's Popeyes. But it's frustrating to receive something you didn't ask/pay for. Instead of giving me 3 spicy tenders, they gave me like 8 original tenders. I would rather have received what I actually ordered, but again, it's Popeyes.

Worst Popeyes location ever , service is very terrible , never go to this location & I mean it . 39 mins for a drive through all the time

If you have been to one, then you know what to expect from the rest. The service was great and friendly. Our Spicey Chicken was hot and fresh; however, our large sides were not very large, but if you are exercising portion control, they were spot on. Come on, you are already getting fried chicken.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen. Placed an order online. Came in 25 mins later and still had to wait another 20mins. Chicken of course was good but all the sides cold. Manager nor staff knew what they were doing. Drive thru came in complaining. Door dash people calling telling the customer they are still waiting. The male register was eating fries as they came out. Someone said ahhh hell no and walked out. I was thinking thankfully I have the Mac and cheese. Unprofessional and inefficient management. And they want $20hr for fast food wages? I’d expect this service from students

Great food but terrible service. 25 minute wait after placing a drive through order, people being served seemingly in completely random fashion, we had to go into the store twice to ask where it has got to. Plus half the menu wasn't available, nor did it match the website menu. The food, when we got it, was great, but the service is abysmal. Definitely don't bother if you're in a hurry because this is slow fast food. Judging by other reviews we are not unique in our experience and Popeye's need to look at what is going on in this particular restaurant.
