This Ruby needs help. The building is dirty and tired. They could start by fixing all the signs and lights outside. Repair all the rotten wood on the building and put on a fresh coat of paint! Fix the main sign which is half burned out. Wash the filthy windows! Then start inside by scrubbing the bathroom tiles, floor and walls. 🤮 Properly mount the soap dispenser. Clean the years of soap scum from below the soap dispenser. Repair initials carved into wood trim. Clean and paint the restroom doors, yuck 🤢. Train the staff to actually greet guests at the door instead of hugging together giggling. Train the staff to be attention servers! At least pretend that we are welcome! Fix the mismatched interior light color temperature! Some lamps are warm 2,700 to 3,000 Kelvin, while others are cold stark bluish 5,000K!. If you don't know the difference, look it up! Speaker grills missing on ceiling speakers. Trim ring missing from recessed light over the salad bar. Ceiling tiles filthy with dust from air conditioner vents. The ceiling is black which hides this, but it's still very visible! Come on, you can do better than this!

Jillian was our waitress she was full of smiles and happy disposition even though the place was packed. Our order was taken and prepared perfectly from drinks made by Wan to the steaks (even though the steaks were tough fat to chew). Jillian was attentive and efficient.
Vegetarian options: The salad bar is a must, especially for vegetarians.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: A waitress or manager will happily make a wheelchair accessible seating plan for your party.

I ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer, the first batch was overcooked so they redid it and it was okay but just didn't taste great and it was extremely expensive 5 shrimp for $13. Then I ordered the Ruby Tuesday cheeseburger and it tasted horrible also, it's low quality food For the price you are paying. I also had a Bloody Mary that was basically just tomato juice. So in my opinion save your money and go eat at a better restaurant.

Check your bill before paying. We had a $45.00 bill and was given someone else's bill for almost $100 and my husband paid it and they were unable to refund us at restaurant! They told us we might get a refund in 4 days back on credit card from head office. We are from Canada so I was charged $172 on my credit card for this. It shouldn't have been over $70. An extra $100. I realize my husband should of checked the slip better also before paying. So not a very good experience!

Old Rudy Tuesday, chairs were cracked, the food was slow, wrong, and very very over prices. We had the coconut shrimp and they were $12.99 for 5 very small shrimp 🦐. The burger was the size of a kids burger anywhere else. No go, for sure.
Arrived Friday evening at 6 p.m. No reservation, only 15 minutes to be seated. One hour from order to food service. That first hour, the building was uncomfortably cold. A very heavy sweater would have been nice. Four different meals were ordered. All meals were good. The server was good.
