We eat at Sergio's on a regular basis, food is outstanding, service is wonderful, friendly welcoming staff. We have taken many friends there and many have gone back. Their eggplant is the best, pizza outstanding. Never had a bad meal.
Have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Gave it two shots this week and will not be back. On Thursday, I placed a pickup order through GrubHub. I arrive to pick up and am hollered at (literally) by the cook if I’m there for a GrubHub. I say yes and after telling him my name he flings the food out at me then continues to go back to work without a word. I don’t know if he assumed I was a driver rather than an actual paying customer but it was very rude. Food was cold...read full review
