I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to, service is INSANELY slow even when no one else is there. Went there at 8pm and ordered a strawberry milkshake, after waiting 7 minutes a car pulled up behind me. Waited another 6 MINUTES and the car behind me got there stuff before me which was also a milkshake AND FOOD. when I asked the employee he said “what did you have again?” How did you forget my order when I was the only one in the drive thru?? Waited over 15 minutes for a MILKSHAKE! Ended up leaving without my order because 15 minutes was already far too long.

I would never recommend this place. Customer service is atrocious companies forget to understand that the customer is spending their hard earned money so they probably want to ensure that their employees are providing at least a decent amount of customer service. Remember, corporate America customers always have a choice on where to spend their money and who they choose to do business with, and if you don’t recognize that you will continue to lose revenue

My visit to this location was good but quite unusual. I normally visit when ever I visit my mother which is, twice a month. This visit I was concerned everyone just looks worn out and exhausted. What I was told is they have not had air conditioning for few weeks and I was in DISTRAUGHT. The temperature outside is anough to drain a person. So I can imagine how extremely tired these young ones are. I’m not sure if The General manager is taking this seriously. In my eyes this is not suitable and they General manager should be embarrassed and fired. I believe this location has new management so that may be the reason why. I just want all the workers to keep there heads up your doing great considering those circumstances. My order came out fast and was still delicious!

As a DoorDash delivery driver, they offered exceptional service. It was fast convenient the staff there was very very helpful and beautiful. From the time I received the doordash order, showed to pick up the order and received the order couldn't have been no more than 7 minutes total (fast as hell). It was a rather large order at that, So this short time frame was above and beyond my expectations. The food was neatly, wrapped, packed and sealed for delivery. Definitely will deliver more meals from this particular Sonic or have them delivered to me knowing I can trust the process and service from this place!! A+++ from me!!!

Aside for being ran by Zephyrhills finest, the wait times are ridiculous and the glass doors into the kitchen are disgusting. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I swore off this Sonic after they served me a spoiled/sour milkshake last August.
Waited at the speaker for 20 minutes and no answer pulled up to drive thru and waited no answer you shouldn’t run a restaurant if you don’t answer anyone thank you I highly recommend saving your money and going somewhere else

The food was cold, and hotdogs were plastered in mustard. Pizza bites were cold and burnt, fries were cold and rock hard, and onion rings had a funky taste to them. But the car hop was nice and the milk shakes were recee and Daisy approved. Parking is very tight
