Every single time I come here, the bathrooms are NASTY! It smells sooo bad in there, I usually hold my breath and try to go as fast as I can. Someone should really be cleaning those daily.

The Zephyrhills Sonny's is one of our favorite restaurants. The service is always excellent. The food is delicious and hot. Long wait times are rare since the restaurant did a major renovation recently and added more seating. We do a lot of ordering and the new app is wonderful addition. The new rewards system is a smart and competitive way to keep us going to Sonny's as we travel over the road.
Food was good but the price has went through the roof more than most. A huge restaurant but they decided to sit everybody directly on top of each other.

Sonny's is a decent BBQ place. I don't frequent them much because the food isn't seasoned enough for me. Customer service is always great and the resturant is nice.

The waitress never offered us a non sweat option when I asked her and told her I dont want my meat to be sweet or spicy. She told me they only do the meet dry rubbed which is spicy or sweet witch is loaded with sugar processed sauce. After I was finished she told me the baby back ribs were the non sweet non spicy they have. I told her I wish you would of told me that before. She said next time you know. No empathy or an apology was heard. It socks. Had I known that I would have gotten the baby back ribs.
