You may as well go on the car line. I thought if I went inside to order, I may be able to get my coffee in a timely manner. That is not the case! I think Starbucks can afford another espresso maker to speed things up! Ugh…

I went inside to order because the drive thru was busy. I ordered a single frappaccino and waited almost 20 minutes. A truck that was in the drive thru (who was at least 4 cars away from ordering when I walked in) got their order and left before my drink had even been made. I was told it was because of their ordering system. In my opinion, that system is not equitable to all customers. That system caused me to leave there angry and frustrated. That's lousy customer service.

Jayla was very unprofessional. She have the very unpleasant attitude. We came in the window to get our order and my boyfriend say hello to her but she just ignore it then when she hand us the drinks she didn't even make an eye contact thought we still courteous and wish her a good day she just pretended that she didn't hear us. She is very dismissive throughout the whole ordering process.
My sister and I did this trend we saw online and the assistant manager was so down to earth and made it happen for us. The drink we had of course was the pumpkin spice latte and it taste amazing inside the pumpkin we carved. Thank you Zephyrhills Starbucks for letting us to do it. We latte ya a lot 🤎

I frequent this store often. I get coffee more than I’d probably like to admit. They have some of the most wonderful people at this location. Every time I greet coffee they greet me by name. Personally it feels good that they recognize me and they take that extra 5 seconds to say hi directly to me when they don’t have to.
Yesterday on 10/17 I went through the drive thru as normal. Pulled in, asked the barista how they were and let them know my order name. It was an overwhelming morning already and the weight of the week was crashing on me. I was silently crying, thanked them for my order then left.
THEY NOTICED.
So I get my coffee this morning as usual. The gentlemen handing me my order leaned on the order counter and asked me if I was okay because they noticed I was crying yesterday but it was so busy they didn’t get to ask me if I was okay. When I say they asked, they asked GENUINELY.
The employees there are not just people who work there and provide a service to me. I look forward going to get my coffee, to chat a moment with them, to hear about how their days have been up to that point. In a world where it feels like everything feels bitter these days, I am thankful for the staff here for being so kind and personable.

I really appreciate the ENTIRE staff. If anything is deficient, they are prompt to address the matter. This is a very busy location but the staff operates like grace under pressure. This is my favorite Starbucks store/staff. Jesus, Arianna, Viv, Jeremy, Dre, Kayla, Lauren, Brian Grace are totally awesome. Oh, and Richard always has a great smile for us.Hope I didn't forget anyone. I can't recommend all of them highly enough.

Love this Starbucks on Gall Blvd. The service is stellar!!! They know me by name, the store is always very clean, I love the music they play and today Grace had my order ready before I even checked out. Now that is service that is hard to find! All of the employees here are wonderful, warm and inviting. Thank you for all that you do!!
