In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I went in and ordered an Americano - and waited over 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and
all of a sudden my coffee was ready. Just as an FYI, that is the most basic cup of coffee there is. That was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Zephyrhills, Florida.. In addition, there were no condiments available so I had to ask for creamer to be put in my coffee.

At the time I thought that that they kinda took a long time to make our drink but now I guess I understand... when we came in, there was no one in line... there were 2 other customers one sipping coffee and the other was waiting... I didn't take into account that they have online orders to fill and a mile long chain of cars in the drive thru... that never stops... it was also like lunch break time for the working class so people place large orders that need to be ready...
