So I'll start with a positive. The food is good and fresh and it seems clean. Now the negative, came in one night after ordering online and I normally go here. So the sub I ordered I wanted to make sure was Made the correct way this time so I came in after ordering online to get the discount. Came in and talk to the woman that was making my sub and asked if the sub she was making was mine. She rudely and with an attitude said go sit down. I just wanted to know if it was the sub you were making was the one I just ordered because it looked just like the sub I just ordered so that should have been fair question but again she rudely said sit down not please sit down but sit down like I'm a 5-year-old and in kindergarten and she's a teacher is telling me to sit down. So I told her that it was rude and called her on it. She continued to argue and then refused to give me service. I said that was fine and I would ask her if it was a franchise or corporate. Then she replied that her mother was a manager and I asked her if she was the owner and she said no. Then I asked her name but she replied she wasn't going to give it. Since she didn't have a name tag. I let it Go. And then I asked for the receipt of the cancellation. I Go here all the time. Never had an issue until I dealt with her. Maybe the last time I go there until she's removed. Or at the very least an apology. I mean everybody's got a bad day right? Also, as a side note, she wasn't wearing a hair net on her ponytail and it was really frizzy so I believe that's a health code violation since she's supposed to be wearing a hairnet. Could be wrong though.

I will only go to this place if I could find a buy one get one at coupon otherwise I would more than happy wait in line at Publix for a good sub. I sent a message to the corporate office and got an auto response, so I replied and got the same auto response. Apparently, corporate at Subway and just doesn't really care about what the individual franchises are doing. Deathly a restaurant, I will not buy stock in

Very rude lady. ( blue hair) today is my second time coming to this location. She was rude both times. I believe that she is racist. Sorry lady but you need to act a little better with customers. Just because I didn’t wanted to toast my bread didn’t mean that I wanted my Philly cheese steak to be cold.

The last 2 times we have ordered subways to go, they have gotten the orders wrong (wrong bread, no sauce, wrong toppings). A separate time they also told us they had veggie patties and when they didn't said they couldn't refund us our $35 order.

The person who waited on me and My girlfriend was very rude i asked for extra sauce and the man his name is Harry who waited on me had a attitude he said we have a Lot of stuff to do like him giving me extra sacue was going to set him back i have been in 2 nights in a row and he has been here both times and is just absolutely rude and he should not be around customers with the attitude he has just so rude very unprofessional

Pretty sad when every time you place an order online this place can’t even get it right. Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and got a shredded chicken sandwich and the toppings weren’t even correct. Ordered an outlaw with no onions and it came with onions. Asked for 3 sandwiches to be toasted and none were toasted. Try to call the place to let them know of their screw up once again but no one ever answers the phone. Place is pathetic.

Got in the long line right after Milton hit, and they did fabulous. Spent about 45min in line, and it wasn't until leaving more employees cane to help, so just 2 did it all and perfectly. Ty for feeding myself, husband, and 5 FIVE hungry children that evening!!

Ordered a 12 inch tuna paid 20.00 thru door dash. And received a 6 inch. Clearly on the receipt it says 12 inch. So either they read or just don't double check their orders. Luckily door dash gave me a refund.

Ordered 2 footling sandwiches online. Came back because one of the sandwiches was made incorectly. The person at the register wanted me to prove by bringing the sandwich on the store. Very embarrassing as if we are there to try to get a free bee. Very bad service !!! Would recommend not to go there unless you like being degraded and given not what your ordered.
