First word spoken word do you know what you want. The woman spoke so soft you couldn’t hear her and never said thank you come again or anything. Rude. Also, they didn’t have the happy Gilmore cups. Why don’t you order a lot more expecting a lot of people to want them. This is on the manager.

Two nights in a row after work one at 3:00 a.m. and one at 4:00 a.m. The worker claims the system is down and won't be able to take any payments for an hour. Meanwhile all the prep table covers are closed and the space is being used to make bread. If you don't want to sell sandwiches just lock the door nobody cares and make bread at your own pace

Pretty good, food quality is decent for the most part.. unless you get delivery it can be wonky since some orders come out incorrect. If you order online and pick it up, they don't inform you or anything.. sorta just sit and wait around despite it being labed as finished online. Sometimes customer service sucks, but that's understandable due to having a stressful job. Just wish they we're more communicative and friendly.

I am a DoorDash driver. It was 100° outside. I asked for a cup of water they told me I could not have a cup of water even though I was there picking up a subway order from them to be delivered to their customer. I just found that to be very bad customer service I will not be ordering my own food from this subway.
I'm am disappointed, ordered my food, didn't have pepper jack or black olives so just got my husband and grandsons food. Went to pay with my gift card and the man said you didn't leave a tip. I said no tip. Didn't have what I wanted. I have my receipt!! There's no tip on my receipt, but they added one later after I left. I called to talk to the manager and was informed There's no manager and that I had to add the tip. When I explained the situation he said couldn't help. How many people did they add tips to? Help me please

Just got waited on by the rudest lady I've ever encountered! She was older with blue hair and forearm tattoos. Very very rude ,abrupt and unprofessional! I wish I knew the franchise owners phone number to complain. Never going there again ! This woman shouldn't be dealing with the public !

i ordered a cold cut combo from one the lady behind the counter has one tooth and is very difficult .i told her put extra meet she said she couldn’t because her manger was watching the camera i told her i’ll pay for the extra just put it on she still wasn’t trying to . also they don’t know they’re own sandwich i’ve been getting cold cuts from subway for forever and they only put 1 meat and messed up my order and when i came back and told them there’s only one meat they said that’s how it’s supposed to be google it cold cuts is 3 meats not 1 . didn’t get it fixed or refunded and i had to wait needless to say DO NOT SHOP HERE ANY OTHER SUBWAY BUT HERE

This place is fairly new, it's clean for sure. The young lady and young man were rude. My mom order a WRAP but got flat bread, I got the Elite chicken bacon ranch welllll he looks at me like what you want i tell him the sandwich i order and he looks at me with attitude like i need to tell him whats all in the sandwich (he should know its his job) anyways I ask for a little of this and a little of that but got a lot, when I ask to please take some off man the man was 😠. Spent $30 on food that wasn't even what we ask for 😕. Never again by the way I gave this place 2 other times b4 this. It's also Pepsi products not coke.

So I'll start with a positive. The food is good and fresh and it seems clean. Now the negative, came in one night after ordering online and I normally go here. So the sub I ordered I wanted to make sure was Made the correct way this time so I came in after ordering online to get the discount. Came in and talk to the woman that was making my sub and asked if the sub she was making was mine. She rudely and with an attitude said go sit down. I just wanted to know if it was the sub you were making was the one I just ordered because it looked just like the sub I just ordered so that should have been fair question but again she rudely said sit down not please sit down but sit down like I'm a 5-year-old and in kindergarten and she's a teacher is telling me to sit down. So I told her that it was rude and called her on it. She continued to argue and then refused to give me service. I said that was fine and I would ask her if it was a franchise or corporate. Then she replied that her mother was a manager and I asked her if she was the owner and she said no. Then I asked her name but she replied she wasn't going to give it. Since she didn't have a name tag. I let it Go. And then I asked for the receipt of the cancellation. I Go here all the time. Never had an issue until I dealt with her. Maybe the last time I go there until she's removed. Or at the very least an apology. I mean everybody's got a bad day right? Also, as a side note, she wasn't wearing a hair net on her ponytail and it was really frizzy so I believe that's a health code violation since she's supposed to be wearing a hairnet. Could be wrong though.
