Would give a zero if I could. Ordered online and order was over 1 hour late. Then once we get home it’s the wrong sub. Drive back to the store and then wait 20 min more and the staff was rude.

employees were working the cash register and making food without replacing gloves, also forgot to put an entire sandwich in the bag, wanted a refund without any hassle and was insulted by the employee whilst she gave me my refund.

This message is for management. How are you going to get only 1 employee to work alone on a Sunday evening 2 hours before closing. If you don’t have the employees then just close shop. We waited an hour for a sandwich. Not acceptable and not fair to the employee you had working alone.

Zero stars if we could give it. Made my daughter's whole sandwich wrong, knew it, made a new one that we had to drive back for and then had the nerve to take the one made wrong and throw it away right in front of her. What kind of management does this store have?

Every time I go to this subway, I want to leave halfway through the line. Idk how the owner of this subway manages to continuously hire the most unfriendly workers. Also quite a bit of incompetence from the people who work here. Probably a product of the constant turnover. Today, there was a line out the door because what seemed like a new guy was just taking way too long to do veggies and checkout. The more experienced worker didn't help though, she prioritized putting more sandwiches in the oven while 3 sandwiches were already getting cold waiting for veggies. Needless to say, my sandwich was completely cold by the time I got home, where normally it stays hot through the entire meal. I leave here with positivity about 1 in every 10 times I come, which coincides with the rate at which someone who works here actually smiles.

Overpriced, and extremely expensive for what you get, I asked for a little more tuna in my sandwich was told there was a up charge for what looked like a bread sandwich! I could definitely get better bang for my buck at Publix next door which I will definitely be going to from know on! I can justify the cost of food and all but they also don’t value there customers

Wanted to rate this higher, but my online order was not completed correctly. The food I got was good, but not correct and I was not at a place where I could return it to get the order straightened out. I will leave another review after my next visit.

They mess my basic turkey sandwich up 75% of the time and never have your sandwich at the pick up rack. Always next to the sink.
