I would avoid this taco bell at all costs. It's worth the drive to go somewhere else. Unless you want to guarantee not to receive your entire order.

Mnagers are polite with great customer service specially the employees they remind me when i was working for Taco Bell back and i was a teenager. This is my regular go location and i love it.

It just depend on who is working if you get all the food you order or not.
Ordered 5 beef crunchy taco supreme's. They usually come with tomatoes...no tomatoes and they were all broken. Order a large drink also for $19.00. That is robbery!!!
We just spent 35 minutes in the Drive-Thru line waiting on our food. Something about they lost our order due to doordash or mobile orders. Once they found it they proceeded to make it which took an additional 10 minutes. Then they put in these coupons that says get a free crunchy taco that expired on New Year's Eve like they were doing us a favor to make up for the ridiculous wait time.

typically have good experiences at this store, this time took ages for them to help anyone at the counter, finally got to place our order, got the receipt and immediately had to correct multiple things on the receipt, couldnt even walk to counter to speak had to yell from the back of the kitchen to communicate, got order was missing multiple items and corrected items were still given incorrectly, then when asked to get it corrected was given attitude about how the receipt didnt say that (THEY WERE ALREADY INFORMED THE MAN RINGING THE ORDER IN DID NOT TAKE THE ORDER CORRECTLY)

The #2 on the drive thru menu clearly states 3 soft taco SUPREMES. So that's what I requested. Whichever person was running the orders at 9:55am today speaks down to people and angrily demands clarity just because he thinks the board had options for the #2 meal deal. I'm glad he doesn't work for me, my business wouldn't be a success.
