Worse 5 layer burrito I've had there! It was dried out beans and cheese and sour cream was only on the ends. Not evenly distributed. I stood at the register while two employees talked to themselves didn't acknowledge me. I know some Spanish so I knew they were talking personal things. Restaurant was filthy, tables not clean

You will be lucky if they have cups, or Pepsi. Almost always out of one or the other. If you use the app and they are out of anything, good luck getting a refund. They can't do anything locally and you can't get a hold of anyone through the app to resolve the issue. We cancelled an online order and when we get there they are out of half the items so we decided to not take the order. It took about a month for the charge to drop off for a non order pickup.

The toxic waste was so greasy I couldn't eat it. The worst I have ever had of any place I've had food from . Discussing. And not to mention the frozen strawberry drink wasn't frozen when it arrived. It took the delivery person forever . The food was cold and there is nothing worse then room temperature limp greasy disgusting soft tacos. The fries were also room temp at best and hard instead of fresh . That is the last time I ever eat from any Taco Bell . Just 🤢🤮

I ordered 2 burrito supremes and when I received them they didn't put any lettuce or tomato on it and it was listed in my options for the burritos!! I think they don't take the time and actually read the ticket order!!
Went through the drive through today was craving a Mexican pizza. I ordered the #9 meal with the Mexican pizza and 2 tacos. The lady taking the order first of all wasn't very nice. When I got my food there were no napkins in my bag and no fork. It's messy food so you need to give the customer's napkins and throw in a fork for the pizza. My taco meat was cold and nothing tasted fresh. I also donated to your donation but, never again will I waste my money on this crap you're serving and the way you're serving it.
