How did this place go from one of the best taco bells to one of the worst in less than 6 months. It's filthy inside and I could only imagine how they cook the food. I could tell you exactly what went wrong.... Those that have been going there since it opened probably have an idea.

I found straight brown hair in my taco. Came back around the drive through and received two vouchers for free tacos. This isn’t enough I received no refund I don’t want to eat food from here again.

If you decide to work in customer service please do not be rude! This is the second time I have been to this Taco Bell and the customer service is bad. They attend to you with a bad attitude. I have to clarify that it was Friday from 9:00-10:00pm (window) I went to noon and I haven't had any problems.

Went out with my wife at 9:12 pm on 10/02/2025 the girl taking orders was a complete garbage human being. I asked to add an extra burrito at the window a d she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window. She left the window and came back and threw the food at me and slammed the window again. I dont know what I did to warrant that type of reaction but it was uncalled for. If you hate your job dont do it. And for the love of God get that nightmare out of the order taking area.

Sloppy and old tasting My wife and I unfortunately visit this location often. It’s the same story every time. It’s late we are hungry and light on options in this area. Food is always forgivable due to the tome of night. However I do know there is a right way and a wrong way to conduct business regardless of time of day. We are so desperately awaiting for a better option in this area.
