Very friendly & professional staff. Excellent smoothie product. It's well worth it vs buying all the frozen fruit & fresh spinach & making them at home. Hubby did want blueberry in his but a recall happened so not their fault. Might try the app for pick up or drive-thru next time to see how it goes.
What is with Tropical Smoothie with hiring employees who just don't care at all. Doesn't matter what location I go to. Food comes out with no care. If they made the food with care it would be good but nobody cares. Not going back. I've been getting the chicken pesto from Brandon location for years by my work and same thing there so I'm not surprised when this location went down hill fast. Train your employees better. 1/10
first time here, got a strawberry banana smoothie and it was gross, tasted like plastic. will not be returning.
