Just ordered 2 Chipotle chicken clubs and one with kale slaw. The chicken clubs had old lettuce that was brown and very little Chipotle sauce. Plus the kale slaw was old and brown. This store has really deteriorated in that last month. I will not return.

I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for years. I had gotten a chia banana boost smoothie and on two separate occasions there were ground up date pits in the smoothie that I choked on. I told the manager about this and he told me that I complained too much and that there was no way that they messed up that much. He then told me that he no longer wanted my business and refused to answer my questions as to why since I had done nothing wrong. He then proceeded to harass me by calling my cell phone multiple times (even calling from his personal phone) until I answered just so he could tell me not to come back. I am absolutely mortified and downright scared by his heinous behavior.

Since moving here, I’ve had some of the best smoothies made. The employees are all great and they know when I come in I always tend to forget to ask for something extra and they’ve got it covered. My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Zephyrhills today, and it was all thanks to Jayda! Her customer service was absolutely excellent – she was so pleasant, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Jayda's positive attitude and great service definitely won us over. We'll definitely be back, and we hope Jayda is working! Highly recommend this location for a great breakfast fix and the best customer service!
