You need adults working here. The kids that were there dont understand how to help people. I asked a girl about a pick up order and she just said “ I dont see a name, all the pick ups are here” and just walked away to the other kids in the back. I asked for a straw and I was just ignored. It was my first and last time there which sucks because the smoothie was good.

I have visited this place 4 times within a month and 3 out of the 4 they have closed early sign says til 9pm I come at 8:40 and they have lights out doors locked but they’re all in there this last time I even knocked on door they pretended to not notice me and not look up I even went to the drive thru sat there Nothing this place is a joke!

I love tropical smoothie but the rating is due to them always forgetting to put the tomato sauce in my 3 cheese quesadilla as well as the chicken!!!
Chipotle Chicken Club was amazing, as was the smoothie! My new fav fast restaurant in Zephyrhills.
