employees here are absolutely rude. there are VERY few nice ones & those are usually the cashiers. too bad this is the only wawa in the area. i’ve been to many other locations half expecting to deal with the same disgusting attitudes i always encounter here, only to be surprised that other locations are NOT like this one. they need to look for people who actually want to work & know how to be a decent human being. i’ve overheard the way they talk to so many customers & myself despite us being polite & it needs to change.

Disappointed with cleanliness at this Wawa location

I’ve been a regular customer at this Wawa, but my recent visit was really disappointing. I noticed what appeared to be cockroaches near the coffee/food area, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about overall cleanliness and food safety. I didn’t expect this at a well-known convenience store/food provider.

By far the worst Wawa location I’ve ever visited. In an empty store, it took me 15 minutes to get my hoagie, and 20 to get my specialty drink because it got bumped off of the screen without being made. As a former employee, I know that if they did a BR Audit tonight, this store would have failed.

this place is a freaking disgrace it ought to be shut down they let weirdos just hang out out front all Day the app for the gas pumps never works my card works half the time there and I've used multiple several different cards it's just an absolute place of horror y'all need to tighten your game up or do something I mean I don't know how y'all are even making a profit probably off the old people that don't realize what they're buying fixing machine machines fix your app fix your gas pumps and get with it come on

Apologize to the good people that do work at Wawa. However, cuz I'm starting to think maybe this is a Zephyrhills thing, but there needs to be a lesson in etiquette to the customer service. People who work down there to find establishment do we like to frequent very often? I have never been treated so badly before by some uneducated freaking rude, foul mouths young lady. Please do something about your employees. They don't know how to communicate with the public. Okay, just because zephyrhills's back was doesn't mean the rest of the world's going to understand that it's time to come. You know to the rest of the world be civilized and nice to your customers because we're always right

I watched this old lady and another middle aged lady who looked like they were both managers pull the only little boy who was black aside (there were a few kids) he couldn't be no older then 10-11 years old. And said she seen him steal, and after completely humiliating that little boy come to find out he didnt steal!! and instead of apologizing she kept saying *JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WE ARE WATCHING YOU* he looked so scared it broke my heart. Im making a post in the Zephyrhills community page to see if I can find the parent and I really hope they sue. Im pretty sure its illegal to search a minor when their parent isnt present either. I talked to a different employee and that person said the really old one is extremely racist and very mean. She gets away with this stuff all the time apparently. So mothers and fathers & alll guardians please tell your children not to go there !!! ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE A PERSON OF COLOR!!! I already made a complaint to cooperate but that just isnt enough for me.

I've ordered delivery from here a few times. They always leave food off the order, and today 1 sandwich was missing and the salad was dumped out in the bag. If it's s big order I can understand an item being skipped over but it was 2 drinks, 2 chips 2 sandwiches and a salad.

We meet up here once a month for a car club, and this place is super clean and bright, and the employees are friendly. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Definitely recommend.

This is disgusting it's literally 30$ garbage I ordered a chicken steak wrap and got whatever this slop is I'd complain about wanting what I ordered but the sour smell of this whatever you want to call it has killed my appetite.

Wawa needs to step it up with the people they hired, the new people are always messing up the orders. Today I ordered 2 snack wraps one crispy chicken and the other one smoke turkey, one was supposed to have extra avocado and the other crispy jalapeño and both were supposed to have lettuce. The new guy they had today messed up my order completely none of the wraps were as I ordered and on top cold and this is not the first time this happened, it happened in the past with a new employee they had, they need to do a better job at training their new staff
