Evening visit, first time at this Wendy's.
Front counter, Daniel (?) was super friendly and attentive. He came out a few times to see if we were still good.
Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I got the biggie bag with a new frosty. The restaurant was clean and it was s good visit.

The Wendy's in Zephyrhills closed, so this is the closest one to us. I just want to say our host: Daniel was spot on, but that's the name on the receipt. I'm not sure if that was his name or not. With everything from placing our order to coming around to make sure we are still good. Biggie Bag is super cheap, and the way to go to save money!

I was in the drive thru line around 3pm at the very start i was ordering with the AI and then this lady came on with an attitude I understand it was busy but it was uncalled for the way I was being spoken to. Either way I continued my way on I’m at the window at this point listening to her over the mic still upset. I look over and she had both her middle fingers up. It was a young black woman for a description. Did not ask for her name. I thought she was directing them towards me but she was looking past me so then I look over and there’s a car getting out of the line she was directing it at them. Not everyone is going to take that disrespect. She doesn’t belong working customer service if she can’t control how she acts.

The burger was so so at best.
Dry and over cooked. My guess is the meat had been on the warmer for a long time..I was there at 5:00 pm at the place was empty.
I guess I know why.
