Horrible attitude and service sitting on the counter nobody say a word for a good 7 minutes so we decide to leave it don’t matter they don’t care

I ordered a taro milk tea that was suggested by Ciara and it was very good she had a friendly and bubbly attitude. My visit will not be the last!!

We had the coconut smoothie and horchata milk tea- I tried it with coffee jelly at the suggestion Selene. It was amazing! I usually pause to try jellies bc I love the tapioca so much but I’m really glad I tried this combo! The cinnamon and the coffee combo is just so good.

I came with my lactose intolerant friends,
We got bobaless boba, They ran out of chocolate, had no free popcorn, and the ice cream tasted of metal. 10/10 would come again.

We went in at 8:50 pm and kept waiting in front of the register until 9:06pm only to hear the girl tell us they were already closed. We were waiting because the person before us in line had ordered and the girl immediately started preparing their drink. So we waited for her to finish making their order snd then take ours. Also google maps said the place is open until 10pm :)

I'm not a Tea Enjoyer™ myself, which I made clear upon entry, but I was blown away. No cap, this honey dew milk tea was, in fact, bussin'. Had me screaming like a banshee on my way to Publix. I will be back in the future. Was not expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. Thank you for the experience for I was a fool to pass on this divine gift.

I got a 16oz iced mocha latte and it was so good I finished it and went back for a 24oz.

Simple interior but nice atmosphere with a lot of natural light and comfy couch seating! Staff members were quick and very friendly.

The frozen yogurt is overpriced and tastes like flavored tap water. Disgusting aftertaste. I’ve tried the frozen yogurt twice and I should’ve learned my lesson from the first time. Menchie’s is worth the drive, they have more flavors and toppings and it’s more affordable. Never coming back here.

The Bobba tea was pretty good. I got the dairy Thai tea, they said they usually tend to make everything with out milk unless otherwise requested. They also have frozen yogurt and I had a sample of the pistachio flavor and it was wonderful. Will be back for sure. They only have one person working and the place is new so go in with patience

March 14 Zephyrhills location I took my family out for boba love this place particularly today. We had a very bad experience with the staff member. She got the order wrong. She didn’t try to make it right. She put us to the end of the line and she wouldn’t make it right. I went up back to the register and other customers came in and she was trying to take their orders over mine, and she was ignoring me, and she was very nasty and rude in front of my family told us we would have to wait. We waited I wanted to make sure my granddaughter was happy. Long story short staff member refused to correct the problem I insisted that the customer was right and she said not at all we are very patient and still she was very rude and resilient to help.
