YOZI CAFE, Frozen Yogurt, Boba Tea and Smoothies

March 14 Zephyrhills location I took my family out for boba love this place particularly today. We had a very bad experience with the staff member. She got the order wrong. She didn’t try to make it right. She put us to the end of the line and she wouldn’t make it right. I went up back to the register and other customers came in and she was trying to take their orders over mine, and she was ignoring me, and she was very nasty and rude in front of my family told us we would have to wait. We waited I wanted to make sure my granddaughter was happy. Long story short staff member refused to correct the problem I insisted that the customer was right and she said not at all we are very patient and still she was very rude and resilient to help.

Employee mopping at 6:55pm. She had the Wet floor sign right at the door. She saw us trying to come in and made no effort to welcome us inside.

We have come several times and most of the time they are out of something whether that is a flavor or the boba. Twice it was the boba that was out which is the reason we come to the shop.

They suggested the popping pearl because they were out of boba but my daughter would not even finish the drink because she kept thinking she was drinking and eating plastic. The pearls leave a plastic like residue that does not dissolve. Not worth almost $8

It's a cute shop and when stocked the drinks are great. I would also like to see more dairy alternatives for coffees and smoothies

The people there are very nice and the products are so tasty and high quality!
